Huge YES to everything about this place. First time trying it with a friend yesterday after a snowy hike. Can’t wait to come back with my family. I heard the bloody mary’s were the best around & holy cow they did not disappoint!! But even better than that was the AMAZING service. I’ve never seen such a cheerful, happy & kind staff. It was like going to visit friends who hadn’t seen you in a long time & they were so excited to have you there! ? The food was absolutely delicious too!

*edit*We came on a Saturday afternoon and they were slammed! E and Rebecca were like clock work, literally running around to make sure everyone was taken care of, they are so sweet and personable. The Owner, Dennis, was also there busting his butt to make sure everyone was good, delivering food and drinks. It's been our 3rd time and it already feels like family. Delicious food and customer service that exceeds most places makes this our new go to!Love this little gem! E was a super awesome and attentive bartender. The food is so freaking good! We went for taco night, the Chef brought in some brisket he was smoking, gave us a sample and it's some of the best I've ever had! Perfect smoke ring and melted in your mouth like butter. ?This place is a must to experience an excellent local bar and pub!

Came for the bloodys, stayed for the breakfast burrito. Excellent bloody marys and the burrito we had was great. The staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was cool too. It's probably jumping in the summer. We'll be back next time we're in the area. Definitely!

OMG!! Really? A little bar/restaurant that has a BIG atmosphere. EVERYTHING was cooked as you would expect. We had a smothered breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, wings, that were cooked to perfection (not slimy), and, oh, don’t forget the RM oysters, with onion rings that was really juicy on the inside. Had a Bloody Mary that yes, you can actually make a meal out of them. Will be our next hangout to go to. Off of us 24, just past the light to go to pikes peak

Not much of a 5 star submitter, but ALWAYS about placing the mark from what I should expect in locality. Staff ... amazing and quirky, meaning a big plus! Food, predictable and savory, that equates to good. No surprises. Just what I was craving. I highly recommend for the camping trip up the pass to nowhere to fill the family's bellies on a last quality warm meal before your future camping trip of Elev Mile camping hotdogs and such.Kid-friendliness: Always have Alice in Wonderland on at least 1 TV!!!

They have like SEVEN different variations of a Philly and I will eventually try them all ?Bartenders here are so personable and it's very welcoming. The service is lightning fast too.They have over two dozen Colorado-brewed craft beers. Don't miss the gorgeous, funky patio with custom, local-made furniture around a cozy fire pit. Very tranquil & beautiful view of Ute Pass & Waldo Canyon out back.It's literally just 4 minutes away from the base of the Pikes Peak Highway where you can drive up "America's Mountain" to the top of a 14,115 high peak. SIX STARS IF I COULD!
The brisket philly cheesesteak sandwich was amazing, the bartender/server was friendly and fun, the owner was kind. Good mix of music playing, good beer selection, and fun games and pool in the back room.

The mad Hatter is an absolute gem. Really close to Manitou or Woodland Park, and absolutely worth the drive from Colorado Springs. The food was fantastic. The drinks were amazing and everything was at a very reasonable price. I will be coming back often. Thank you Lauren for an absolute wonderful night out.
