The only thing I can say is it was fast. We ordered to go and it was ready when we got there. We usually order from the Parker location but tried Castle Pines this time. That’s on us. The wings were burnt. The was 2 sides of ranch and the fries were small not large. We paid $42 plus tip for 20 wings and small fries.

My family and I discovered this gem a few months ago. When we came in we had no idea what to expect or what to choose.The employee Elija was extremely helpful! He was very patient with us as he went over all of the sauces.We have been back quite a bit since and everytime Elija is very helpful and manages to direct the flow of customers.Thank you, Elija, for making our experience so GREAT!! we will always come back, as long as you are here!!

Love golden flame wings! However, the staff is depressing. Very unfriendly and obligated to make 30 wings. Love the wings (tenders suck) but depressing staff ruins the whole meal! If you want to start taking anti-depressants, call golden flame!

The food here is probably some of the WORST I've had in a LONG time!I showed these tenders to the cashier/hostess and she didn't see WHAT was wrong with them! I asked her if she'd eat them and she claimed she would, stating "I'm a scavenger."Food presentation and quality isn't HIGH on her list.They fries were OVER-seasoned. To the point of being inedible. Yuk!A positive; the carrots were crisp.

The good: Love the wings, always crispy and flavorful. The fries are my favorite of anywhere in the south metro area. The bad: The lady who works the counter is rude and unprofessional as other reviews have stated. Why do you continue to let her be employed here? I won't be back because of her. The Parker location does not have this issue so they will get my business from now on.

This place is our go-to wing joint. The flavors are solid, the wings are delicious (especially extra crispy), and the food is always ready for pick up on time.They have meal deals for families to simplify things, but we've also tried some of the many other items on the menu and been very happy. The kids love their chicken nuggets.
Great wing joint! Lots of sauces, cold beer in frosty glasses, fantastic fries, and don’t forget to order the pickle shot. The place has a great atmosphere - 80’s rock playing, sports on multiple televisions, fun posters. The owner, Scott, is a great guy, who takes a lot of pride in his restaurant, as he should.

There differently should be some accountability on whom is staffing this location as well as how it is ran. There's a lot to say about executing in order in a timely manner. To the owner !!! It may be time to hange your hat or allow someone to manage the company. It clear you do have time!!!

EDIT: the owner called me immediately after posted and we had a ver good conversation. It was apparent from my conversation that he and others at corporate were very concerned and are working hard to improve this location. I will be trying another location to see what experience that will hold. I greatly appreciate the outreach. Thank you!I cannot add negative stars but if I could I would. Unbelievably the worst experience at this location. I ordered a full order of Rocky Mountain Oysters and a full order of fries and after getting all the way home I open it and find this was what I received…see picture. One whole piece and one piece of only breading and two fries. The reason stated from the employee was that they never get this order and didn’t know how much to include. WHAT??? Common sense says more than that. As he is standing under the menu sign that clearly states 8-10 pieces. Plus I’m pretty sure any human who has ever order French fried knows that an order should have more than 2. Not to mention the wings were so dry they were inedible. I know good help is hard to find but this place should just close down because I’ve eaten frozen items that are better than this for way less. I had to call back three times and the person in charge was able to refund my money. But at no other times was there even a manager to be found. I guess the owners of this franchise don’t care about it and the neighborhood in which it serves. I will never darken their door again.

The food here is always awesome we have been coming for almost 10 years!! I think a big part of it is Elijah who I see there running the place and making sure everything is going well. He always has a great attitude and is most of the reason I know I can go here and get the food I'm expecting!You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and takes pride in it this is hard to find now. I would be very grateful and proud too call him my employee and I hope if he is not the manager he would be he seems to be a very important asset to this company we had some bad experiences when he was not there. Best service in Castle Rock I appreciate you Elijah!
