Avoid RUBI= rude!
We had a disappointing experience with our waiter, Rubi. She was unfriendly and rude, tossing the menus on the table and getting our order incorrect. When she delivered our food, she dropped the plates on the table with no grace. Her demeanor and attitude made us feel unwelcome. It seems that customer service may not be the best fit for her. I hope the owner gets rid of her, this is the third time she has a nasty attitude. On that note her red lipstick is distasteful & awful. We won’t be returning.

The waitress mistakened 2 of our party as children, the food was god awful, we got charged the incorrect items (ordered a shredded beef taco, received a ground beef taco, got charged for shredded beef taco). Food was incredibly bland. We're definitely avoiding this place from now on.

Great fajitas and Chile Rellenos. Good house margs. Try the tacos carnitas. The new rancheros were great!

It was just too hot for me. Next time I will ask for my entree without red sauce. Nice people though!

Parking: Large, free parking lot. I went on a Sunday at lunch time. Plenty of parking. However, many of the adjacent stores were closed.

I love that they are right around the corner! Delicious food, especially love the las fajitas omelet and the carne asada steak dinner! The service is great, especially by Juan and the kind woman who works in the afternoons usually. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dietary restrictions: Excellent service. They always accommodate my need for dairy free meals.

Get the enchiladas caseras! 3 Different meats, 3 different sauces and all GOOD!
Every time we go to Denver we stop here. The corn chips and the salsa are also great.

While the food at La's Fajitas is undeniably good, the customer service—particularly the management—is shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. On a previous visit, my order was missing an item. The manager assured me that she would add my name to a "book" and promised a complimentary item on my next order. Fast forward to my most recent visit, I inquired about the promised item, and the same manager not only claimed she remembered us but blatantly denied ever offering us anything. Even more troubling, she refused to return my receipt when I requested it.

What made the situation worse was the fact that the waitstaff—who, by the way, were courteous and apologetic—acknowledged this pattern of behavior, saying, “She does this.” It’s incredibly disappointing that the staff feels the need to apologize for a manager's dishonesty and lack of integrity. The fact that this kind of behavior is known but tolerated speaks volumes about the way this establishment is run.

Great food can't make up for poor service, especially when the management seems determined to make customers feel disrespected. I won't be returning, and I encourage others to think twice before dining here. You can find plenty of places with great food *and* respectful, professional service.

Today, Tuesday, I stopped by and ordered an order to take away.
They told me how much the bill was, it had cents
But the woman who helped me didn't give me change.
It still says WE DON'T HAVE COINS. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT
WELL WAIT AND IF THEY HAD COINS BUT THEY HAVE THEM IN A BLACK BACKPACK IN THE BACK WHERE THEY HAVE THE REGISTRATION BOX
Wait for the end of the order
I said there he told me to give my change
But the change didn't stay there
Not a month that the change is much
But the action she takes is not of good service.
So be it a penny
If the buyer decides to leave it to the tips, that decision is up to you.
They already look like the OXXOS in Mexico

Love their food and margaritas. Decent pricing. Staff is attentive. The atmosphere is worn but they are in the process of expanding to double their size. Hopefully, the old section will get a refresh also.

Food was good, just not our favorite Mexican restaurant. We order the Chicken Fajitas, 2 burritos, and the Chimichanga. I expected the Chimichanga to be crispier.
