Pho was delicious, good proportion of everything and flavor. The best Pad Thai I’ve had in Colorado and I’m super picky about it. Big portion sizes too! Will definitely be our go to spot.

Best asian food in the Castle Rock/Castle Pines area and its not even close. They have a good selection of Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese.

The restaurant had a few tables with customers and only one waitress - but she did a fabulous job of taking care of us, making sure our drinks were always filled. The restaurant was warm and lit up - making it a nice meal.We ordered the Spring Rolls and Salt and Pepper Wings - these have never disappointed us. We usually have the pho but decided for something a bit different. For dinner we had the Combo Pad Thai and Chicken Pud Noodles. The menu did say spicy, and it did not disappoint. They both had much more heat than most places, making them even more delicious.Unfortunately, no beer or alcohol served but the food and service did not disappoint.I was able to take the Chicken Pud Noodles home and have them for lunch - they were even better!

Great Pho, what else needs to be said. That chicken broth was amazing, I had the lemongrass pork and egg roll, equally amazing!!!

I live in Parker but make the quick drive to Castle Pines for their pho. It is the best around! I have tried all the pho places near me in Parker and they don't come close to Pho 5. We love the sesame chicken too; we just wish the portion was larger. So good!

Unbelievable dining experience! The experience was excellent, provided A+ attention to detail, great dinner recommendation and impeccable service. The grilled shrimp was seasoned perfectly and the pho was more than satisfying! We will continue to recommend this restaurant to all our Castle Pines neighbors!

I love it! But they close before the official closing time. So have fun with that.

I just got home from taking my father (81) and daughter (14) to dinner here at Pho 5. Service was fast and super nice. Food was terrific!!! I had the Veggie Pud Thai (not PAD). Waitress warned me that it's spicy and I said "good!" cuz I like spicy and it was. Yay! We also got Spring Rolls and Crab Wontons which were fine. My dad got shrimp Pad Thai and daughter got veggies & rice. All good and plenty enough to bring some home. I LOVE fresh, delicious, nutritious Thai and VN food. So glad to have Pho 5 here in Castle Pines. Thank you !!!BTW the restaurant was packed by 6pm on a Wednesday evening so the word is getting out that this place is legit. Glad.Note: there's no liquor, beer, or wine. Normally, that's a showstopper for me but the food here is so good I really don't care. :)
