Coffee is always is a different taste uhgg. Never consistent. Got a frown when I didn’t tip $3 for a $6 coffee and it’s wild to think I’d tip 30%-60% for a coffee.

I’m not sure why I even entertain the thought that coming to this Starbucks is going to yield different or better experience than the last. Definition of insanity is suppose. The absolute slowest drive through and service happens here and this locations. If you want time to sit in solidarity and contemplate life… maybe meditate.. come order a drink in this drive through line. Aside from that, they either can’t make a drink correct extremely over sweetened or just not sweetened at all or they’re out of a someone thing like tea or iced coffee. I’ve over here for 10 years and I’m just not sure how in that amount of time yall still haven’t gotten it together.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Waited 10 min before I was ever acknowledged. Then told it would take 15 more min until my order was ready. Karen at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Total disaster. Too many other options. Won’t ever be back

Coco Goodies

Every time I come here, I encounter expired or rotten milk and ingredients, which raises serious food safety concerns. Additionally, there is a younger girl with short brown curly hair who consistently messes up orders. Whenever she makes a drink, it is undrinkable. These issues need immediate attention to ensure both quality and food safety standards are met.

This Starbucks has the worst service I have ever seen. I stood in the empty store for several minutes while three employees joked with each other and never acknowledged me. I finally left noting that no one was in the lot or drive thru. I used the restroom and still no hello. Then I walked to the nearby 7-11 and got a coffee … don’t bother 7-11 has much better customer service.. having worked at a Starbucks this is not the star service they are taught keep driving .

I ordered a mobile drink and went to drive thru. Sat in the same spot for ten minutes by the speaker after telling them I had a Mobile order. Finally left the line and my drink was done inside. Even semi decent service would have said "we have your drink inside, we recommend coming inside because we are taking forever on one order way ahead of you in the drive thru" I had to pay for my drink obviously but I hope they gave everyone else in that ridiculous line a free one.

so, i understand starbucks is busy and i want to understand and their jobs can be stressful and i don’t want to put extra stress on the employees. But there is a point where i on purpose place an online order ahead of time to make sure it’s ready by the time i get there because i have a schedule to be on. And it’s absolutely not okay when six cars that are going through drive through and are getting what they need and people who arrived after me are getting their drinks. I reminded them about my drinks in a polite way and they were chatting with no sense of urgency. The drinks came out fifteen mins after their “estimated wait time”. Note to myself, never go to starbucks again unless you have thirty mins to an hour to waste. This was absolutely ridiculous.
