I picked up an order of English breakfast tea with 3/4 inch nonfat milk and left in a hurry. On arrival at my destination, there's no milk. The orange juice was also wrong - it was organic defense up. That's 2 of the 3 items incorrect. Super annoying when they just have one thing to do and the actual order is on the sticky label attached to each item. Who are they employing? Really? Get it sorted please Brian Niccol.

Extremely busy. Looked like they had every hired employee behind a tiny counter. Seriously counted 10! They're bread pieces pieces keep getting smaller. And they're strawberry refresher tasted weird like someone spit in it. Be weary of this store. You never know what you're really getting.

The drinks and food were prepared exactly as expected, which isn’t a bad thing. As far as the service goes - I received none.

For context: I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup.

I walked in and went straight to the end of the bar to grab my order, but didn’t see it right away. I looked around confusedly for a couple minutes before I realized my order was ready, and sitting up on a shelf. (I wasn’t 100% sure it was mine, so I like to confirm with staff before I grab my mobile order.)

I get it - there’s always those annoying people that walk in and go straight to the handoff platform, expecting to place their order there. I am not one of those people though.

Every employee just ignored me. No eye contact. No acknowledgement. No greeting or offer of assistance. No goodbye. It just felt so lifeless in there. It obviously bothered me or I wouldn’t have written this review.

This Starbucks is a HIT or MISS. Yesterday 3/1/25 I was in the drive thru lane waiting (which took forever) I should have known something was wrong just waiting in lane. I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha eight pumps mocha with blonde shots. What I got was a venti chocolate drink not even sure how I could describe it. I truly should have had them remake my drink but I just ugh about the whole situation I just left. I could also tell everyone in the store seemed stressed out so instead of me complaining I just took what I got and left. Usually I will let the barista know I want to use my points I had (296) however I did not realize until this morning 3/2 I only had 96 points. The lady at the window didn’t even ask if I wanted to use my points. She just assumed I did. She used my points on a drink that wasn’t even what I asked for 😫.

This is an incredible spot with a great staff. I get my food very fast and my order is correct every time. On top of all that, they write things on the cups like smiles and quotes like “you are brew-tiful” which I just love the extra effort and fun!

Coffee is always is a different taste uhgg. Never consistent. Got a frown when I didn’t tip $3 for a $6 coffee and it’s wild to think I’d tip 30%-60% for a coffee.

I’m not sure why I even entertain the thought that coming to this Starbucks is going to yield different or better experience than the last. Definition of insanity is suppose. The absolute slowest drive through and service happens here and this locations. If you want time to sit in solidarity and contemplate life… maybe meditate.. come order a drink in this drive through line. Aside from that, they either can’t make a drink correct extremely over sweetened or just not sweetened at all or they’re out of a someone thing like tea or iced coffee. I’ve over here for 10 years and I’m just not sure how in that amount of time yall still haven’t gotten it together.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Waited 10 min before I was ever acknowledged. Then told it would take 15 more min until my order was ready. Karen at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Total disaster. Too many other options. Won’t ever be back
