I ordered 2 cakes with toppers for Saturday 3/9/24 at 10:30am. The woman with the dark hair was really rude. I love your cakes but I didn't like the customer service that was provided. I had my brother stop at the store in highlands ranch to get toppers that had the ribbon.

The Bundt Shop in Castle Pines is our go to for so many events. We just bought their bitty bundts as a gift for Valentine’s Day. The staff is exceptionally friendly, their little gift shop has good finds and of course, the Bundt Cakes and frosting can’t be beat. The moistness of the cake and homemade “grandma” recipe frosting melts in your mouth. If you’ve never had one, it’s a MUST TRY! The bunts are absolutely delicious. I sent my husband to purchase the bunts for an event and the staff member had him all confused. He told her what he wanted and for the number of people and ended up with something totally different. She didn’t listen which was disappointing.
This family owned store has the best gluten-free Bundt cakes we’ve ever found anywhere and they have so many different flavors every single size and type of cake that we’ve had from there has been moist and delicious! I often use their mini-bundtini’s as gifts for clients.Dietary restrictions: Their Gluten Free cakes are incredible and they normally have 3-4 different flavors of GF cakes which is exceptional compared to for other bakeries!

My mother purchased a $60 Bundt cake for a family celebration in April and the cake was raw with batter seeping out. She tried to call, but received no response. She took the cake back in and still no one would respond or rectify the situation. Then she wrote an email, and still didn't receive the courtesy of a response. I don't understand why they wouldn't just replace or refund the cake! They could've kept a customer, but instead they wanted to keep their $60. I waited 2 1/2 months to write this review as my mother thought that perhaps the managers or owner would do what they could to rectify the situation, but they haven't. Now I see that when this company receives negative reviews, they question, whether or not the customers have the right location! Yeah, we got the right location: the Bundt Shoppe in Castle Pines. Do yourself a favor and find another cake shop with a more responsive manager who cares about the quality of their products and service.
