Service was outstanding. Female Manager was friendly. Food was very sub par. Got the “chargrilled octopus” as an appetizer. Didn’t taste like it ever hit a grill at all. Lobster roll was pretty mediocre and bland. At a $34 price point I expected way better. Wife got the oyster po boy and it was terrible. Oysters were cold in the middle and tasted like they had gone bad. Was also shocked as an oyster bar, the oyster selections were like 2 maybe 3 if you count the poboy. This is an okay place to go have a cocktail and maybe a date. If you’re expecting good quality coastal cuisine. Not so much. Everything tasted old. Oysters tasted rancid. I get it. Too high of hopes for coastal food in Colorado.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tressles Coastal Cuisine, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Austin and Whitney set the tone with warm, attentive, and professional service that made the evening feel special. They truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism.

The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the mahi tacos. I’ve had my fair share of fish tacos over the years, but these were on another level—perfectly seasoned, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. The balance of fresh ingredients and careful preparation made every bite phenomenal. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in both quality and creativity.

What stood out most was the overall experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, but still refined enough to feel like a treat. When combined with the outstanding service from Austin and Whitney and the memorable food, it’s clear this restaurant sets itself apart.

Tressles Coastal Cuisine is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Whether you’re looking for a casual evening out or a place to celebrate a special occasion, this is the spot. I’ll absolutely be returning—and bringing friends with me so they can enjoy it as much as I did.

We've been here for brunch several times. Came in as usual, ordered, waitress was great. Then the owner came over, started talking with us uninvited, and immediately made us feel awkward and unwelcome, and we spent the rest of brunch worried that she was going to come back and tease us again. Food was okay, just not worth the high price point and pushy owner.
