Trestles delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Pavé Cake dessert—a masterpiece of flavor and texture that we’re still dreaming about.

The cocktails were perfectly crafted, striking a balance between creativity and classic sophistication. As for the food, the lobster and shrimp cavatappi was absolutely superb, with every bite bursting with rich, perfectly seasoned flavors. The lobster slider was another standout—phenomenal in taste and presentation, showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to fresh, high-quality ingredients.

First time and we'll definitely come back! I don't care for breakfast food but we had the Barcelona and it was unbelievable! Service has been great and they even answered the phone when we called which it seems like no restaurants do anymore.

Had an excellent seafood brunch in Castle Rock. Coming from California, I wasn't expecting to find a great seafood restaurant in the Rocky Mountains. This place is a gem. The Maryland Benedict was delicious, The pave cake was a little more dense than I expected, but still tasted very good.

Love trestles and love their staff. Typically I’ve had a male server who is spectacular and seems to hold the Sunday patio down. Today we had Cindy and she seemed off, it was an odd experience.

Food is frozen, heated up, not fresh. For instance the Chicken piccata is previously frozen, so super rubbery.

Very disappointed. We have had good experiences here - even celebrated new years here last year. Something must have changed. None of our food tasted fresh. The chicken looked and tasted like it came out of a bag. The shrimp scampi was drenched in garlic to a point it was inedible. We notified our waiter and he laughed it off, didn’t do anything to make it right. Will no longer be recommending this place.
