A friend and I ate there for the first time two weeks ago and had an amazing brunch. The staff is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had never had eggs benedict before and it was the best meal had tasted in a long time. The serving size was proportional with the price, so thank you. Taste and service have not been lowered at this restaurant. I will be bringing my husband, next time. Thank you, Jennifer

The restaurant establishes an atmosphere that is welcoming in character and considered in composition, allowing guests to settle comfortably and move through their meal at a pace that feels easy and entirely their own. Service is handled with evident care and genuine professionalism, with staff who sustain an attentive and courteous presence from start to finish while knowing when to step back and leave the occasion undisturbed. The food meets a reliably pleasing standard, the prices reflect the quality on offer in a way that feels fair and well judged, and the overall impression the experience leaves is one that gives guests a compelling reason to return.

I am so impressed with Trestles. We went for happy hour and every single dish we ordered was better than the last. The oysters were amazing. The calamari was crispy and the marinara was fantastic. The beef tacos were so flavorful and amazing. The shrimp scampi was hands down the best shrimp scampi I’ve ever had in my life. The filet mignon was delicious and the potatoes were great. We had a sponge raspberry cake from the desert cart that I didn’t think I’d like and I ended up eating every last bite. The service was great. The drinks were great. I’m so glad I found my new favorite date night spot in castle rock!!

The seafood was amazing! My husband and I ordered the jumbo scallops and they did not disappoint. They have a pastry chef that makes delicious desserts that were definitely meant to be shared.

Our waitress was absolutely knowledgeable and kind she exceeded expectations. We wish her well with expecting baby boy! The decorations are very eclectic. The drinks here are well made and balanced. We came in at the tail end of happy hours so we placed a order in for Oysters first - which was delightfully fresh and perfect sized. Watch out the horseradish is strong but tastey. Our complementary bread was very plain and butter tasted unsalted. The lamb ordered was cooked to perfection, but my husband's complaint was only that the sauce is a bit too sweet. The Duck A L' Orange was slightly dry, and the sides were not impressive. But the Cioppino was the biggest start of the night - it's not as acidic as tomato dishes tend be, the dish also have a good balence of seafood. The bread that came with this has actually had flavor as well that paired nicely! We finished off with an after dinner drink and expresso shots. Will come back again - but probably just for seafood!

I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't plan on eating at such a nice place tonight, but being what happened yesterday I figured I would treat myself. I was wearing very much construction worker type clothes.
I walked in with my service animal and was met by the GM at the host stand. I asked abiut vegetarian options not realizing it was a costal restaurant. The GM was extremely accommodating. He was willing to make a breakfast dish for me upon request.
I ended up with calamari and Maui flavor profile Cod. It is delicious.
My server Noah was wonderful and kept my glass full. He checked up on me plenty but not too much. The GM came back and was talkative allowing me to get to know him

Trestle’s is truly a gem in Castle Pines Village! Mimi and Jose are absolutely amazing at what they do — you can feel their passion in every detail. The food is incredible, and knowing it’s a true scratch kitchen makes it even better. Their pastry shop is next level… dangerously good!
I’ve eaten here for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner, and I have never left unsatisfied. Every meal is consistently delicious and beautifully prepared. I also love when their singer, Sal performs live on the weekends it adds such a fun, welcoming vibe to the experience.
The staff and wait team are always so friendly and attentive, and you can tell the management genuinely cares. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything is top notch!
Thank you, Trestle’s, for always delivering such a wonderful dining experience. We are so lucky to have you in our community! 😋

Nice setting, good service, but terrible food except for the sourdough bread! Don’t waste your money or time.
