I visited this place on 8th August 2025 around 5:00 p.m. there is a guy with the cab shouting little weird working inside Wendy's and when I ask him something he's stalking me like a weird like a mentally disabled guy and the other lady who is serving she is laughing at us. I don't feel it's a good customer service. Somebody should look into this and take action. Please look at the CCTV cameras at their behavior
Absolutely rude service. And they get the drive thru orders wrong all the time. No manners, not even a greeting, from the servers. Terrible place. Whoever owns this should be ashamed.

if i ask for ketchup put it in the bag. yall act like it’s coming out ur paycheck. lock in.
Drive through was fast, friendly, and affordable. We did the singles for 3.99 and the drive through didn't disappoint. The frosties also hit the spot on the almost 100° day. Thanks for being so on point Castle Pines crew, you made our day.

Not just burgers. You have a choice of multiple salads, great chili, baked potatoes, lemonaid and different types of Frostys.

I personally don't think the food seems to be out of the norm for what you would expect from a Wendy's and they're relatively quick at getting the order out. However, every time Ive been here the staff in my opinion, have been relatively rude and kinda pushy and I have had a sense that they are angry that I'm even there. I don't think it's a big deal to ask for ketchup or to ask for chili sauce packets. It almost feels as if you are asking something that is crossing your boundaries as a customer if you ask for ketchup or chili sauce. I personally think that is ridiculous and a customer should not have to feel as if they're asking the world from the Wendys employee when they're asking for ketchup and chili sauce packets and then only handed the chili sauce in a sort of curt disrespectful way. I dont have a lot of experience with the Wendy's down in castle rock but they seem to be nicer down there and a lot less uptight about handing you chili sauce packets and not making you feel like you're unwelcome. Blessings!

No lights on outside so you can’t read the menu at night. I asked if they had lights.. they ignored me. Asked if they had chicken tenders and they quickly snapped “NO”

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Colorado. They are going to be out of business in the next few years. I went in to buy the $1 soda advertised for breakfast and they said I need to buy a sandwich to get that deal. It is not advertised as such. They also charge different prices then are on their drive through and menu board. I went to buy ice as they had an advertisement for selling bags of ice and they told me they are not selling ice. Terrible. Stay away.
I’m sorry to report that quality is not the recipe at this Wendys location. Stale buns, overcooked beef and chicken. Would not recommend

Jacqueline was super nice, patient, and professional. Thank you for the great customer service.
We went through the drive, and they were rude and didn't get 3 out of the 4 items wrong. Food didn't taste edible with the 1st bite. Threw everything thing away and picked up jimmy John's
