Apparent lack of training. Nothing in bag was wrapped at all, causing everything to fall out of bag. Stacked horribly, put a flat container on top of round items. Avoid at all costs

This place either needs to be fully staffed or shut down; they get my order wrong at the drive through most of the time, and it seems to be because they don't have enough staff for the amount of customers they have. I have no problem with the workers, but the management needs to step it up. Hire more people or get rid of this location

Today (Friday) at approximately 9:40 AM, I visited the restaurant through the drive-thru, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant.
From the moment we arrived, the staff member who attended us showed a negative attitude toward us. I personally was respectful and polite at all times however, the waiter repeatedly rolled his eyes, used an unfriendly tone and treated us with clear disdain; when I ask for something else he say “oh my good”

His behavior felt discriminatory and very unprofessional.
We never raised our voice or behaved rudely, yet the treatment we received was abrupt, dismissive and frankly hostile, starting from the first greeting.

This is unacceptable for any customer especially considering we came to enjoy a meal, not to be disrespected.

I am reporting this because we should all feel welcome regardless of how we look, speak or where we come from.
No restaurant should allow this type of attitude from their staff.

I expect that this complaint is taken seriously and that proper action is taken to ensure no other guests have to experience this type of discriminatory treatment again.

Closed down their frosty machine an hour before close and gave us cold fries and chicken nuggets. Thought hot fresh fries were a guarantee but not too worried about it. If you want to close at 10 just update your hours? Won't be back!

The manager here, Mr Jackson, knows how to run a crew. He's professional, courteous, proficient, and quick. The staff work very well together. We are just passing through, but I wanted to give a shout out because he goes above and beyond.

Came in for a 13.00 combo meal around 6:15pm today. The gentlemen at the window said the sauces are .50 each even with a combo…. Spending 13.00 at Wendy’s and .50 for a bbq sauce with a combo… employee confirmed guess times are tough

They ignore half of what I order in the drive-thru, then the food that I do get doesn't have any changes I requested. But I also never get handed a receipt, so it's not like I can even prove my case anyways

I visited this place on 8th August 2025 around 5:00 p.m. there is a guy with the cab shouting little weird working inside Wendy's and when I ask him something he's stalking me like a weird like a mentally disabled guy and the other lady who is serving she is laughing at us. I don't feel it's a good customer service. Somebody should look into this and take action. Please look at the CCTV cameras at their behavior

Absolutely rude service. And they get the drive thru orders wrong all the time. No manners, not even a greeting, from the servers. Terrible place. Whoever owns this should be ashamed.
