I have gone here a few times over the years. They have changed owners and the food and service has gone downhill. Most of the time now you will get a greasy meal with at least one thing wrong with it. Most of the waitstaff is poorly managed, unfilled drinks, will not collect use plates, disappear for long periods. They are usually friendly when dropping of the check and hoping for a tip. They are closed half of the time with strange excuses like "maintenance".

Wait time was non existent, food was amazing! The truffle fries and brussel sprouts were the greatest thing I have ever eaten. The steak was made to order and delicious. Buffalo wings were so good and very saucy. It was a great experience and the service was exemplary. ? Definitely will go again

They take really good care of their people, like when one of their staff lost their home in a fire and the owners really went out of their way to help.But they need more staff so they can cook the food properly (instead of having non-cooks prepare the steaks, etc.) because that is what is hurting them now. Maybe if the community knows how well they treat their people, more applicants would go their way.

While the server was friendly she wasn't good about taking care of her table. As a bartender she had to have someone else make my husband's drink and then got his second drink wrong. She brought the wrong salad dressing on one of the salads. I had onion rings and they were over cooked and the baked potato my husband got was under cooked. The steaks were cooked well but they were very tough. All in all a very poor meal and I don't see us going back. Sorry, we really looked forward to eating here. This was our second time and the first time wasn't any better.
When I go to a steakhouse I expect a few reasonable things. What I don't expect is to have your steak, burgers, chicken and all other meats cooked on a flat top and not a broiler. Flat tops are great for grilled cheese sandwiches and pancakes; but is that how you want your steak cooked? A broiler gives you that incredible grilled flavor and sears the fat nicely with beautiful grill marks. Sorry, but I just find it unacceptable to call yourself a steakhouse when you cook your meats on a flat top in a pool of oil.

We went there after the rush and ordered simple sandwiches and salad, waited too long and left, typical for delta county, bad service, and their food was maybe average, won’t be back, will make the drive to MONTROSE or GJ for quality service
