Great restaurants in Cedaredge. The elk tenderloin was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare with a nice sauce that compliments, but doesn’t take over the dish. The grits were good, but barely warm. The beef filet with a little garlic sauce was nicely prepared, but the fries were clearly not made in house, which would have been a nice complement. Beet salad was delicious and light on the dressing so you could enjoy the different flavors. The Grand Mesa cocktail is a delicious variation on a Manhattan. Also had a nice glass of red wine. Wait staff was a bit overwhelmed with only the bartender and one other staff member covering the floor, but with a little patience they did a nice job. Rating a restaurant can be difficult in context . . . By Western Colorado standards this was excellent and we will be back.

We had a quiet date at SIPS on Main. The service was above and beyond, the drinks were delicious, and the chicken sandwich was worth a trip from the front range. Probably the best I’ve ever had! Amazing place all around.

Try the Grand Mesa mixed drink... Knock your socks off. Have not tried food offerings there yet. Well. We came back for another one of those Grand Mesa drinks and added Beef Skewers, an appetizer. Probably Cedaredge's classiest!

My husband and I were ready to unwind after a long day and try something new. We decided to give Sips on Main a try. The friendly staff, atmosphere, and energy were delightful. The Food was Superb! We can't wait to go back.

Read their amazing menu on line and had to try it!!! Elk tenderloin, scallops and wagyu flat iron steak were shared by our party... One was better than the next! If you're anywhere near this area, get to Sips for a great meal!! (and the wine wasn't too bad either,))
What a find! Definitely the hidden gem in Cedaredge! I have a weakness for artichokes, and I was not disappointed by the Artichoke and Labneh. I also had a delicious mocktail. The service was top notch, especially the bar tender - he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back and try the full menu. So happy this place opened - it is sure to have a lasting impact! If you are thinking about going, just do it!
