My wife and I had dinner here in the small town of Cedaredge, Colorado. What a surprising treat. The food was definatly up scale, but without the upscale price tag. Everything we had, from cocktails to dessert was absolutely delicious. The wine list was great too. Very interesting, and from all the major regions of the world, but not a bottle over $100. No 100% mark up. Service was awesome too! Highly recommended!

Great restaurants in Cedaredge. The elk tenderloin was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare with a nice sauce that compliments, but doesn’t take over the dish. The grits were good, but barely warm. The beef filet with a little garlic sauce was nicely prepared, but the fries were clearly not made in house, which would have been a nice complement. We had a quiet date at SIPS on Main. The service was above and beyond, the drinks were delicious, and the chicken sandwich was worth a trip from the front range. Probably the best I’ve ever had! Amazing place all around.
