A true hidden gem in Cedaredge. Once up the driveway, you are greeted with an elegant tasting room and beautiful scenery with wine slushies and charcuterie plates! Perfect for a date!

We were very pleasantly surprised! We have seen the sign on Hwy 65 for years, but never made the turn. So glad we finally did. Brett was a very knowledgeable and personable host and the locals gathered there were fun and friendly. The wines are surprisingly well done and excellent quality. Brett, as a 2nd generation vintner, is showing the experience that makes this family business great. You have to stop in!

Bret Neal has created a comfortable relaxing place to enjoy his great wines of the region. Tastings are super reasonable. Joining the club is no pressure at all. you won't be disappointed if you do. I like the Cab Franc. Bret is one of the leaders of the regional wine makers group and is passionate about the region and the wines being made there. The patio in spring has views of the San Juan Mountains, Cows roam nearby, his dog will welcome you, and the folks running the tastings are super nice and knowledgable. Pop up chefs and food trucks are also scheduled through the season.

In one word: A must visit! We were so tentative to visit here after getting there, because we didn’t see any other customer. But, decided to give this place a chance! So happy of this decision afterwards. This place makes their own wine whether the grape is theirs or not. Therefore, their wines are unique to themselves. I hope they keep it this way but this much tasty wines can only found in few places of Europe! Their wines are so smooth in a way you can’t taste any alcohol content! They also offer snacks. We seated inside due to the cold. The interior space is recently and decently renovated.Wine prices are between $16 to $30.Wine flights were $12 (4x 2.5OZ) & $20 (4x 5OZ)The owner companied us and explained every single projected photo on the TV.So glad that we give this place a try, we really enjoyed our time there.

Despite being off the beaten path and not looking like much when we drove up, we were pleasantly surprised and had a delightful experience. The sommelier was friendly and helpful, and the wines were delicious! Our cheese platter was tasty, too. We bought to take home our favorite wine from the tasting, the 2021 Pinot Gris.

we were literally the only people there - nobody offered us anything even after we were in there for a few minutes ... we had to ASK for wine tasting, 1 glass was offered for 2 people to drink out of, never rinsed the glass, putting 3 different wines in it .... just really bad service, unfriendly, like they didn't care if we were there or not. charcuterie was never offered .... just really disappointing

Paige was an amazing wine expert at this hidden gem! We were passing through Cedaredge and decided to stop here on a whim. Stoney Mesa Winery was dog-friendly and inexpensive. We were able to taste a variety of their wines, enjoy a wine-tail, snack on a charcuterie board, and take a few bottles home for a very reasonable price. The highlight of our visit was interacting with the host and wine expert, Paige. She was very hospitable and made us feel welcome (even though we arrived with three dogs and an hour before close). She was very informative and friendly; Paige even offered us some of her personal selection from an out-of-stock 2018 wine, and offered us some excellent Podcast and Book recommendations. We will be coming back for the great wine and another chat with Paige!
