There were quite a few flies in the windows. That impacted the experience in a negative way.I am updating this, as the incompetent server charged my card with which I paid three times for the same transaction. I will never be dining at this location again.

When I went to this one, half the meat was just nerves and you couldn't cut the piece. At least they recognized that it was terrible and didn't charge for it. But you go to a restaurant to have a pleasant experience not a bad one. It's not good to serve a horrible portion if you are a grill restaurant.

We all met at Applebee's for a family dinner. The waitress was awesome. I wish I remembered her name. The food was awesome. Thank you so much.

Skip if you want any level of service. Went in tonight, had several employees make eye contact with us, but never came to seat is. We were the only ones waiting and they were not busy. We've had issues with the past two pick up orders as well - no acknowledgement that we're here.

Place is horrible. I've never had a good experience at this location and I grew up right next to it. And believe me, I have given it a try more than I should have in hopes it might be better. It hasn't. Sad but true. I wish it wasnt hate review cause i really do not like leaving snide comments, But I'm afraid it has to be done or at least for this location at least, sorry Applebee's.

Nice people, clean, not super fast for lunch, I was late getting back but it was good food. I would go more often but they can get food out fast at lunch rush.

Pickup is the WORST - I don't think there's ever been a time the order was ready when they said it would be (and we're talking 20+ minute waits when we show up - longer than it would even take to make the food). They are also terrible about checking the special instructions as directed through their own app when it comes to removing or adding ingredients you pay for. Super frustrating.

really yummy drinks and bangin playlist, however me and my 2 friends came in to grab drinks and apps and were told that there is a two drink per hour per person limit by our server, megan searched through applebees policies online and couldn't find anything pertaining to this rule. my friends and i are all 21 so we believe this is due to our age and maybe some suspicion behind us or something- but regardless as we see others getting served far more than we are it obviously made us feel a bit like outcasts and targeted because of our age.

Ordering with ActiveMenus was the best way to get my food fast. Loved the updates on when my food would arrive.

The whole process (except Doordash) was awful. Staying in a hotel near this location and the order process was horrible. The delivery thru Doordash was timely and Taylor was very friendly and handed me the closed bag with our food. Back in our room when the bag was opened, it was missing one item and one other item was prepared wrong. Normally, this isn't an issue and most restaurants handle it professionally. This Applebee's location and staff pretty much gave us the brush off. Whomever I spoke with, presumably the manager, said it was a Doordash issue and I would have to resolve it with them. I wish I had gotten her name. Keep in mind that I made the order thru the Applebee's website and paid them also thru that site. Unless Doordash actually cooked the meal and placed it in the delivery bag, all that they did was deliver the package. Thankfully, the Rep with Doordash got in touch with Applebee's and a refund is coming. It was not about the money. It is about being treated professionally and given reasonable solutions. We are just moving here but will probably not darken their doorstep again. I will also advise the hotel staff to remove this sub-par restaurant from their list. I can see from other reviews that this Applebee's has been going downhill for a while. No wonder.

Extremely friendly staff. Jason was running the host stand as well as running 10+ tables by himself. He was still extremely fast, kind and energetic. We tipped him nearly half of the bill just because he was so busy and yet, he still kept his mannerisms and efficiency. Food was great as well.

Weve been going to the Applebee's in Centennial for a very long time and it's been going down! If is wasn't for Jack and Michaela, we wouldn't be going there! Tonight was the second time that our favorite waiter, Jack, had to bartend and serve at the same time while the manager was just standing around doing nothing! Also the new host was terrible and kept disappearing in the back and Michaela had to fill in. Also this is the second time that my spouse ordereda steak that was over cooked! Unfoetunately after so many problems with management and being understaffed, we've decided not to return until things get better! Sorry Jack and Michaela! You've had to put up with a lot! Naomi

Typical applebee What seemed like a 100 different servers The only time you've seen the original one was when he was dropping off the check or taking your order And then When it comes to paying the bill it's not the human interaction once again they expect you to do the work at that computer at your table. Servers nowadays wonder why their tips are very few. If this new generation would only go that extra mile And put in the personal touch

Short staffed, cold cheese sticks. Not even worth the half price apps. The workers are doing what they can. It's just better to cook at home, no hassle.
