My roommate and I live near the restaurant and walk to eat Fat Sully's or Denver Biscuit Company about once a week.Fat Sully's is definitely my preferred pizza over places like Anthony's or Parry's now. I like the thinner crust and I think the quality of food is much better but adding even a few toppings onto an order out pizza can get expensive quick.Denver Biscuit Company is an amazing breakfast. I'm partial to the biscuits and gravy and the Ellsworth but I've never had anything I didn't enjoy from the menu. The biscuits are so good and I usually find myself trying to finish the biscuits over the rest of the meal.

Way way way too loud. Hostess was condescending, rude, and argumentative to a customer who requested 3 times for music to be turned down a bit. Food was ok if you like a huge dry hunk of slightly burnt breaded chicken on a dry biscuit . Our server was an absolute darling, 100 stars! Did not enjoy the experience due to not being able to converse with my husband. I know they don't care, but we'll relate our personal experience to our friends and won't go there again.

Please stick to biscuits! Pizza was flavorless and burnt. Very disappointed. If you want true New York style pizza go to Big Bills just down the street. For what I paid for 2 slices of pizza and fries I could have purchased a large piazza at big bills. Will not come, back.

Love the atomic Cowboy/Denver Biscuit Company. The food is so good and the prices are reasonable. A pepperoni pizza will easily feed a family of five. The biscuits are available in so many options, it is almost like a scene from Forest Gump...we eat here often!

I think Atomic Cowboy could be okay but just wanted a beer. 8$ for the beer and they charge tax, not sure why. Cost of beer with tax 8.54. Add a 1$ tip and you are near 10 bucks for a draft beer. What do you think?

This is a combination restaurant which is primarily a Denver Biscuit Company. The menu of non -DBC food is pretty small. I unfortunately didn't have a great experience. They had a 45 minute wait time which was not an issue for us. However what did become an issue was their inability to manage that wait list. The restaurant was never more than 50% seated and they continued to sit people who had shown up and put their names in after patrons who had been waiting over an hour. When this was brought get up to the hostess she simply stated they were short staffed and they were having trouble keeping up. Which again would be fine if they sat people in the correct order (for context I had a party of 2) Once we finally sat at the bar area we knew what we wanted to order. I asked for the burger but indicated I either would like the onions grilled or omitted (I was fine with either) I was told they don't make modifications to their food usually. Not grilling the onions I get but refusing to omit them I still fail to understand. I could pick them off myself but it's just a waste of food. The burger tasted great and I'd like to go back but with this level of service it is unlikely I will. TL:DR some of the worst service in Denver, but good food

Great pizza and salads. Servers are great. Only four stars for atmosphere because it's loud. The music however, is on point. Very relaxed, fun place.

The cinnamon roll is so good! Breakfast is definitely a must here. Service was good. Ambiance is a trendy and welcoming feel.
