Service is cold, food lacks flavor and quality. This place is dull and lacks substance.

Stumbled upon this little treasure. Clean environment. I ordered the Hot Stone Bibimbob, which was sizzling hot. You have to self serve to pick up at the counter and clean up the table.

the food is microwaved and pre-made yet take 20 minutes to give your food the staff looks so upset and so unwelcoming the only person to greet you is the self service machine for the food quality the portions is so little it's embarrassing the only thing they will give you is rice since it's the cheapest ingredient the price is not worth it it will be better to make your own your better off going somewhere else I have experience working in a korean restaurant and making food is not any harder to make than a sandwich

We've been coming here for years and have noticed a significant decline in the quality of food being served, and those serving it.
Regularly ordered the Hot Stone Bibimbop and on the last few occasions the meat portions seems to have shrunk, and have been dried out/overcooked (specifically the chicken).
Last night, two of our Hot Stones were filled halfway with sesame oil to the point the rice was completely submerged in boiling oil and the dish was inedible. The small chicken portion in mine was again burnt to a dried blackened crisp.
The girl working the counter seemed preloaded with a bad attitude and when approached countered with "what do you want me to do about it?".
Where as before the staff was always friendly, the person currently running this location seems very unhappy to be there.
We attempted pouring the oil out but ultimately, the dish was ruined. We requested a refund which the girl provided without any accompanying apology for how poor the food clearly turned out.

My husband and I recently visited Bop and Gogi and had a great time. We tried both the chicken and beef bibimbap, and both were outstanding. The portions were generously sized, making it great value for the money. The self-service counter was a bit different from what we’re used to, but it was efficient and didn’t detract from the experience. The bibimbap was flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The casual atmosphere made it a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend Bop and Gogi for anyone craving delicious Korean food!

I admit, I went to a place called "Bop & Gogi" and didn't order either, but still... I ordered two small sides, which were fish cakes and cucumber kimchi. The fish was good, but the cucumber was surprisingly squishy, and the flavor was off. I ordered the kimchi stew (probably my favorite dish) and haemul pacheon (a seafood pancake). The stew must've been sitting around a while because it was rather thick and pretty much lacked broth. It also had an unappetizing sourness to it that was much more like tomato than gochujang. Surprisingly, it went well with the side of rice that it came with. The seafood pancake was much more pancake than anything else. It wasn't bad, and I could finish it (unlike the stew), but it was very lacking. The last thing that pushed it down to two stars was how the crew wasn't exactly speedy. Maybe I'm used to my experience in Korea where you can get service by shouting "yogi-yo!", but the other guests were ringing the bell and waiting minutes before anyone came to the front.

Excellent authentic Korean food. We were a little hesitant to try because we had visited S Korea only a couple months ago. However, the hot stone, shrimp tempura udon noodles, and dumplings were delicious. The setup is fairly impersonal while they work behind the screen, but they were very personable when delivering the food asking if we need extra sauce etc…highly recommended give them a try!

The bibimbap bowl was great and has a good amount of fresh/cooked veggies with it. It was super tasty. Their menu also has tons of choices compared to other fast casual Korean spots I’ve eaten.

Absolutely terrible. We had questions but they were karate chopped out because she (the attendant) left. She was there just to ask what we were ordering. No “hey, how are you”. My friend and I had questions, but were only greeted by the “electronic ordering”. Is this how deep guest service has dropped? What I ordered was only served in a second, as though it was just slop on a hot table. Absolutely terrible.

This place is great! Delicious. You can't beat the korean food here. The plates are massive, but the hot stone thing is the best. Today I had the pork belly and that's the best I say. Like it's really good!
