Honestly the best and easiest place to get korean food in littleton. My only dislike is the high prices but at least the serving sizes are well worth it. The kimchi is a great and id reccomend getting the large size to keep in the fridge for a few days after

This is my favorite Korean restaurant on this side of town! Food is always good and presented beautifully. Everything I've tried on the menu is delicious. My favorites are the kimchi jjigae, japchae, bulgogi gimbap and bibimbap. The self serve kiosk option is great. I hope one day they can open another restaurant in Ken Caryl! Happy Chuseok!

Great spot for some good, home cooked Korean food! Even though it's a chain location, food quality and taste is spot on! Had the Dolsot (Hot Stone) Bibimbop and it was on par (or better) compared to any established sit down Korean restaurant. Highly recommend!

I’m sad that I didn’t try Bop&Gobi sooner! The kimbap was perfect and the kimchi tastes homemade. I will definitely be buying my kimchi here over Hmart now.

The food is consistently delicious but pricey. So far, we have had the beef bulgogi, tofu bibimbop both $16 and the veg kimbop $9. Looking forward to trying more menu items. The guy cooks better than the lady. It is not a quick-serve like you might expect in this strip mall. Instead, your orders are cooked fresh and worth the bit of a wait.
We have been here five times now and would be there more if it weren’t so expensive or had lunch pricing.

The food was quite flavorless. The bibimbap was cold and the ramen was lucky to taste like salt. Most of our food was served in to go containers or paper plates. It was entirely too expensive for the food quality and experience, $53 for 2 people with no drinks. You’re better off getting a microwave ramen and eating at home.

Service is cold, food lacks flavor and quality. This place is dull and lacks substance.

Stumbled upon this little treasure. Clean environment. I ordered the Hot Stone Bibimbob, which was sizzling hot. You have to self serve to pick up at the counter and clean up the table.

the food is microwaved and pre-made yet take 20 minutes to give your food the staff looks so upset and so unwelcoming the only person to greet you is the self service machine for the food quality the portions is so little it's embarrassing the only thing they will give you is rice since it's the cheapest ingredient the price is not worth it it will be better to make your own your better off going somewhere else I have experience working in a korean restaurant and making food is not any harder to make than a sandwich

All the dishes we tried were packed with flavor. The dine in area was also very clean.

We've been coming here for years and have noticed a significant decline in the quality of food being served, and those serving it.

Regularly ordered the Hot Stone Bibimbop and on the last few occasions the meat portions seems to have shrunk, and have been dried out/overcooked (specifically the chicken).

Last night, two of our Hot Stones were filled halfway with sesame oil to the point the rice was completely submerged in boiling oil and the dish was inedible. The small chicken portion in mine was again burnt to a dried blackened crisp.
The girl working the counter seemed preloaded with a bad attitude and when approached countered with "what do you want me to do about it?".

Where as before the staff was always friendly, the person currently running this location seems very unhappy to be there.

We attempted pouring the oil out but ultimately, the dish was ruined. We requested a refund which the girl provided without any accompanying apology for how poor the food clearly turned out.

My husband and I recently visited Bop and Gogi and had a great time. We tried both the chicken and beef bibimbap, and both were outstanding. The portions were generously sized, making it great value for the money. The self-service counter was a bit different from what we’re used to, but it was efficient and didn’t detract from the experience. The bibimbap was flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The casual atmosphere made it a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend Bop and Gogi for anyone craving delicious Korean food!
