So freaking slow.
We got wings as an app and they took a half hour to show up, and couldn't find our server to pay after.
The wings themselves were good, but we skipped on ordering mains at risk of another wait.

Veterans day essential
Sat at a dirty table with chips crushed up under and around the table. Was given menus upon seating but waited 15 minutes and left due to no wait staff serving us. We had several wait staff walk by us several times and was not served. Got up and left and no one seemed to care

Ask for Emma, she's the best server I've ever had. Went back 2nd weekend in a row because we loved her. Awesome establishment
Paid $103 in food for what ? My Mac and Cheese came out cold , sent it back and came back barely warm ? My son’s Mac and Cheese (I find out later ) was also barely warm. Wings gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning (probably wasn’t microwaved long enough). Only thing that went right tonight was having a great waitress. Food poisoning ain’t worth it though . Don’t recommend this location

It is the only branch of BDubs where I found exceptional service. Our server was awesome at their job. The wings were just okay. I did not like the atmosphere though. Could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, good!

Burger was burnt had to ask to get it switched out , wings were greasy , had a coupon for 6 wings free and couldn’t get my account pulled up & manager didn’t bother to help at all
Only thing I would say that was fantastic was our server Rachel she was super super helpful , kept checking up on us and had no problem helping with our issues 👏👏 !! Host was nice as well but management and kitchen 0 stars 👎

25 mins late on an order with zero communication or contact with management. Staff needs retrained on customer engagement a simple we are backed up goes a long way buy when give us 2 mins turns into 11 the experience isn’t great.

Went in to check out tne new Pick 6 deal. Very disappointed. Service was very slow, despite the place being less then a third full. Ordered the all American cheeseburger, some wings ($5 extra), plus the buffalo chicken dip. Sides were tots and wedges. The wings were good, but everything else was pretty bad. The burger was beyond well-done and pretty crusty, zero taste. The wedges were fried to a crisp, no potato left, and oddly very small. And the buffalo chicken dip was an over-cooked mass of shredded chicken and cheese, so congealed that you couldn't stick a tortilla chip in it, you had to use a fork to break it up and put it on the chip. Lastly, the place was ridiculously loud, with all the TVs turned up so you really couldn't decipher what was coming from any of tha screens. Overall a total waste of $45. The $5 bundle at McDonald's would have been way more appetizing.

The food was good, but they brought my food out wrong and without fries even though I asked to verify that it came with fries. It also took very long to get a burger 🍔
