If you like cold food and terrible service this is the place to go! Server was super nice but the food that came out looked terrible and was cold. She offered to re make which was awesome just sucked that after we got the food the 2nd time she disappeared for the night. It’s match madness and they didn’t even have all the games. The person who works the tvs and sound must hate sports. Don’t go here if your trying to watch sports and eat good food.

I love the staff here. My favorite bartender is so sick!! Dying to go home. I mentioned something to the manager and he told me that it didn’t matter and that he needed a bartender, never mind that she could make everyone sick. Never mind that she feels horrible. Clearly this restaurant is not about taking care of their people, but only about convenience. She is scheduled to work until 11pm. It is 5pm and she is miserable! Is this really the Buffalo standard? I can’t support a place that doesn’t respect their staff.

Donnell and his staff are the best. Great and fresh bites, cold beer. Perfection 👌

Quality was good but I ordered traditional wings and did NOT ask for ALL drums (the least desired wing) AND my 2 ranch cups were about 1/4th full as if it’s hurting a huge corporation to fill a tiny cup someone paid for.

Absolutely disappointing experience for a pickup order. We placed our order at 7:07 PM on a Friday night and were given a 7:30 PM ready time, reasonable enough. We arrived at 7:28, ahead of schedule, and stood around waiting until after 8 PM to receive our food. That’s nearly a 30-minute delay past the quoted time for a pickup order – not dine-in, not delivery, pickup. The whole point is that the food is supposed to be ready when you get there.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unbothered by the wait. No apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment that our time was being wasted. We had to just stand there wondering if our order even existed.
If you can’t accurately estimate pickup times on a Friday night, either staff up accordingly or set more realistic expectations. We won’t be back.

Beware! If you do not fit the perceived white able bodied status expected of the area you will be met with aggressive body language.

I had a gigantic manager oversee my prepaid pick up where a sauce was missing standing firmly over the shoulder with crossed arms as if to guard his staff from me, all because I did not come to pick up in a car. If their website would allow for you to actually select the sauces you wish to receive I wouldn't have needed to wait an extra 15 minutes for a single sauce and they wouldn't need to sit there and be paranoid about people who are purchasing from their business.

Behind closed doors the staff are extremely paranoid about their patrons, I witnessed a gal touch her mouth and handle sauce, noncompliant with food safety operations as dictated by health regulations.

Buy a bottle of sauce from the store and some cheap nuggets if you want the same experience without the health hazard and judgemental scrutiny. After 6 years of patronage via online delivery and occasional in house seating with friends I am calling it here. This is the last time I will give them any business, especially with the silent hostility over a single serving of sauce. And on my birthday too, god forbid I wanted hot wings for my special day.

Waste of time, waste of money, poor internalized attitude from the staff, health risk with staff touching their faces then food articles without washing their hands.

Wings were so OVERCOOKED that they felt like rubber in my mouth. Wedges were soggy and felt like biting into a sponge soaked in old oil. Food was so inedible, I don’t understand how you serve this to a paying customer. Definitely skip this location!

Ordered a to-go online at 5:15, the email said the order would be ready at 5:40, got there at 5:44 and now it's 6:10 and our food is not ready. I ended up canceling the order. Why, after waiting 55 minutes, were our wings, a chicken wrap and potato wedges not available? I'm ok waiting, but after a half order I didn't want to wait anymore. There were at least 8 other people waiting on to-go food and people waiting at the host stand for almost 5 minutes to get sat. No hostess, no manager, no servers came to help. Not an organized restaurant. Will not go to this location again.

The wings at this location are just flat out bad… not sure if they’re just sourcing the absolute cheapest wings they can find or what. Almost seems like they are day old wings that were fried a second time and served. Something is not right here.
