Restaurant inside the Holiday Inn Express. Has happy hour from 4-6. For dinner I ordered the Angry Pig. This was a spicy burger. For breakfast I went with the breakfast burrito covered in green chile. Both were very enjoyable. The meals were $13 for breakfast and dinner was $30 but also had 2 local beers with that meal. I feel it's a great option if you don't want to leave the hotel and find a restaurant.

Order a hamburger that took over 30
Mins to come out and when it did was pink inside. Ordered pulled pork nachos but I wanted “cilantro sauce” on the side. It came with “sauce” all over. Pulled pork was good .There was no black bean salsa just salsa and waiter says it’s never came like that, but menu says it does. He says “ well at least it’s happy hour”. On the bright side he didn’t charge us.

We ate breakfast for 3 mornings at the Holiday Inn. Kelly at Burger Theory was the best hostess/server and provided great service. Thank you Kelly!

2 times been there, 2 times they were closed. Spent my lunch time twice!

It's not closed. But it sure looks like it is. The food is good, and our server was nice, but I don't know how they will stay in business if they look closed. If you come in the door that's indicated as the restaurant and not the Holiday Inn, the lights are off and there are straps across the restaurant. It looks closed. If you are persistent, you discover you can walk in by the front desk. It was completely empty, and I couldn't help but wonder if it's because the entrance is so wildly uninviting. The prices are way high too, not like a regular Burger Theory, which are more in line with upscale fast food. These prices are more like hotel restaurant prices. You do get good food, but not good enough to pay hotel prices. So not sure why we were the only party present for 2 hours at lunchtime, but there you go.

I stay at the hotel on and off and love the hotel but get so tired of the guy in the evening treating me rudely. I usually get food to go and I think he gets upset about that. Also, he shakes his head when he sees the tip but, I stopped tipping big until I know the order is correct. He should see what the morning guys are getting for tips because they never mess up and are friendly. I can not walk good and sometimes I have to come back down from the room 3 times because he forgot things. He also says it it will take 10 mins and I have stood there 45 all because he forgets things. He doesn't listen to what your saying. The Breakfast crew is fantastic.

"Burger Theory." What a name, powerfuland to the point. I ordered the biggest baddest Burger on the menu with "homemade onion rings." What a joke, $23 for a hamburger that has walmart bought frozen paddies. The cheese on it instead of melting it curled upwards. The only thing I tried was an onion ring, and most of it was raw. This place is embarrassing. Also, they do not cook to order for breakfast. They mass cook a few sub-par popular breakfast items. Very Disgusting

My company booked rooms in the Holiday Inn and it was great to have a place to relax and have some drinks without having to go anywhere, drive, or Uber. Best part of the restaurant is, without a doubt, Gabe the bartender/host/server. He’s a multitool of a human, unfailingly cheerful, and able to handle an enormous influx of customers with grace. We wanted to take him with us when we left. Whatever he’s getting paid, it’s not enough!

Wanted a burger but not the same old thing. Looked at previous reviews and gave this place a try. It is in a hotel so don’t come expecting a hopping atmosphere. BUT, if you are looking for a juicy, tasty burger with fries and onion rings and outstanding, friendly service try this place! I had no real expectations coming in but left being really impressed!
