Yuck! Do better! This is a cheese enchilada…I think someone forgot to cook it? Also, pickup order was 30 min late. Usually love this place, but tonight they definitely missed the mark.

This is now the second time they have forgotten things in my order. They love to argue and seem very incompetent at this cafe Rio. If I where you I would spend my money somewhere else. Not worth the time and money for some mid Mexican food.

Only recieved half of a regular side of elotes. Argued in-person over it. Staff is incompetent and can't speak English.

Gosh, where to start... the food was flavorless. The grilled chicken was chewy, lacked salt, no flavor.
The dining room was dirty, sticky and over all not pleasant.
The employees look bored to death being there and had no interest in serving us or helping us make decisions on food choices. Absolutely no warmth or hello , and how are you doing?
The fact that we spent $57 on 4 lunches and we all despised our food makes me really upset.
I will absolutely never set foot in there again.
If you want to have an enjoyable meal do not go here!

Take out orders are missing something 100% of the time. Never once are my kindly worded complaints or survey feedback responded to. Idk why I keep trying - currently eating my dry tostada with missing sauce and no salad dressing. Again. Dine in usually gets it right but the atmosphere is lacking.

Waited 35 min for an order of just salad dressing. Left after 35 min without food. Almost empty inside and staff could care less about helping anyone. Very unmotivated and not wanting to work.

Enjoyed their salad and the Shredded beef was so delicious--savory & tender. One if the best Cafe Rio I have visited. Excellent service too! Will be back again 😋🌟

Generally speaking i have a great experience dining at Cafe Rio wherever I go. This experience however has tainted my opinion of this establishment. Being lied to when I clearly can watch you make my food every step of the way, is completely inexcusable. Then to snicker about the situation with other co workers in a language other than English, is also a slap in the face as im witnessing everything happening. Topping it off, when I got my food(with chicken I didn't want because you lied and told me you were out of my 1st selection) I sat down to eat and my street corn and grilled chicken were cold. Not warm..... COLD!!!! Between being lied to and the cold food, the atmosphere was also ruined. I highly recommend eating at Cafe Rio.... I DONT RECOMMEND EATING AT CAFE RIO IN CENTENNIAL. You'll be lied to, laughed at , then your food will be cold. 0 stars out of 5

Ordered my burrito Enchilada style but they skipped it. It was the only reason why I ordered from them. No store # on the receipt to do the survey.

Excited about our catering order for our large party, but was shorted over HALF the order. Tried contacting the restaurant and was told I was wrong and then she hung up on me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Specifically this cafe rio is the one we go to because the owner is there often and really cares about the food and your experience. We have talked to him on multiple occasions and every time is a pleasure. Best fast food Mexican restaurant, hands down.

Chip had delivered our food for an event of 50 people and she was amazing!! She helped me set up everything and was so kind. She created beautiful buffet and did it swiftly & gracefully. THANK YOU CHIP!
