Went to dinner here with several friends. We had the nachos and it was delicious! Fun casual atmosphere- we were the only people in the restaurant. The staff was really nice

My go-to cafe rio!

This was disappointing. I have been to the original in Provo before they expanded, and I have been follower for a while. It's been a while since I've been to a Cafe Rio and I was greatly disappointed. Rice was not cooked and tasted stale. Black beans had a weird flavor. Pork was okay, but not what I remembered. Guacamole was brown before I got home. This was so disappointing with me spending over $60 for my family.

The food was delicious. Skyler was so kind to our family. She saw us struggling with our children and offered to bring the food to our table. She went above and beyond to be kind to us. It was much appreciated even on a holiday! ☺️

The location was clean and staff super friendly and helpful. The nachos are really good the burrito not as much. They had a a new person making the tortillas so they were not the normal quality I was told. They have a drink bar where you can add syrups to chance the flavors. The bathrooms are clean and there’s plenty of parking they share with a lot of other stores. The surface was good and they have wide variety in their menu 10 out of 10. Recommend just ask if the regular tortilla maker is there

I tried to give this place another chance but never again. This is the second time I’ve came in and the food has been sitting out for hours the sauces had a casing over them from sitting. The chicken was dried to the bottom of the metal container and she still tried to serve it to me. The fajitas were like string because they had been sitting out so long. I told them no thanks on the bowl he said if he made chicken it would take another 30 minutes. How is the chicken literally gone and you don’t have anymore cooking. I’m sorry but this place is disgusting this is the second time now this happened.

Average tasting food at best. Chipotle and Torchy’s are far superior. Slow inside when we ordered ahead on the app and still took 20 minutes for an order for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bland food overall. Had the steak bowl, wife had burrito, both just meh. Queso was a strange tasting blob that you could hold upside down and it would come out. How do people come back? Nice vibe inside at least.

This will be the last time IEVER order from here. No they have changed their menu, taking off several items that had been on for years. Their salad is usually what I order and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Not to mention, door dash had to go back twice of missing items, and we still didn’t get everything, even after speaking to someone at the restaurant directly. The chips are stale, the “smothered”
Burrito is flavorless and not smothered at all, and the queso looks like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan which had been sitting all day. This looks like something somebody pulled out of a chipotle dumpster. No wonder they are taking items off their menu. Sounds like they can’t even handle basic salad or burrito making, so how could they be expected to have a wide array of menu items? Do us all a favor and close the store. Sincerely, everyone (judging by other reviews)

Yuck! Do better! This is a cheese enchilada…I think someone forgot to cook it? Also, pickup order was 30 min late. Usually love this place, but tonight they definitely missed the mark.

This is now the second time they have forgotten things in my order. They love to argue and seem very incompetent at this cafe Rio. If I where you I would spend my money somewhere else. Not worth the time and money for some mid Mexican food.
