I got my birthday cake custom made and I was extremely happy with it. I got the small size and asked for custom things and my total was $150. It does vary with size and what designs and such you want! Ube cake, cream cheese frosting (butter cream for decorative frosting)

Overall very yummy flavors, the ube was delicious. Majority of the macarons I purchased were very hard to bite into, even though the flavors were done well. We were given a warm welcome initially but that soon turned sour by the second woman in the building. We asked about looking at cake designs for a potential order and were rushed out the door stating they’re closing and their hours had just changed even though we were not told and the times have not been updated on google/doors yet. Service was seriously lacking.

What a lovely little find! Known for their cakes, pies, specialty cookies for weddings, parties, corporate events, to name a few. There are small tables for those wanting coffee, hot chocolate tea… and pastry. Adding to the delectable choices is the most personable and friendly service by Denise. She bends over backwards for each customer. We will definitely return for the desserts and the warmth of the service

Cakehead’s delivered a beautiful and delicious two tiered cake for our wedding. The design was astounding and blew our expectations out of the water!
But the process was not without its hiccups and issues — including the top tier being the wrong flavor.
- Communication was one of the weakest points during the process.
When we walked in first to schedule a cake testing, we were told they’d have the flavors we requested to try, but, when we arrived for the cake testing, none of the flavors we had talked about were served.
They had to quickly mix up a batch of icing of the flavors we requested and had to “imagine our wedding cake” with the cake slices presented.
Cake Design: 6/5 - AH-MAZING! Our cake was immaculately designed and exceeded our original vision in every way possible! It was a major highlight of the night!
Cake Taste Bottom - Our cake testing left us skeptical after non getting to try any of our flavor requests.
BUT, the taste of the final cake was insanely good! Both tiers had strong, pronounced flavors that were craving and missing!
Cake Taste 2nd - The top tier was made with the wrong creme unfortunately, a Bavarian creme center was replaced with a whipped creme.
While it was delicious, it wasn’t what we paid for.

I've been following Cakeheads for years, love their photos on social media, and was excited to finally have a reason to pop in and order a cake. Welp- this was a less than desirable experience.
Upon entering, I was asked what I'm here for. I responded by saying I'm looking for ordering a cake- a birthday cake. The team immediately jumped to say they are not taking any more orders- and that they cannot accommodate.
Okay.... I pointed to the bakery case- what about these cakes here? Are they for display or for sale? They replied that they have cakes available everyday. I asked about what flavors they had; I was personally really interested in Ube and Pandan, since they're a Filipino bakery. The staff started to point to cakes on the bottom shelf, very back- like, this was at knee height, so I honestly couldn't tell which cake she was pointing to.
When asked if I could buy a sample to better understand what flavors- they accosted me by saying the cupcake flavors do not taste the same as the big cakes.
When I asked if I can come in Sunday for a cake, they replied they're closed; but when I asked about Saturday, they seemed bothered that I'd want to come in the day before.
Ugh- I tried so hard to work with them. And I really, really went out to try and support small AAPI businesses, but this was just a terrible customer experience. Overall- I felt condescended for not knowing what flavors are available, not knowing how they cakes taste, and that my visit was huge inconvenience to the couple.

I was excited to come to this place and support them since they served filipino style desserts. We were the only ones there and walking in, we weren't even greeted. It seemed like us being there with our kids was an inconvenience to them. We were asking questions about certain bakery treats and their response was more like annoyance. The bakery treats themselves were okay...definitely doesnt stand up to authentic filipino desserts and just seemed overprice mediocre treat. I think the most disappointing thing was their customer service. They looked upset that they had to clean up while we were trying to clean up as much as we can with multiple small kids. Definitely not family friendly which is unfortunate because the filipino culture is all about hospitality.

Such an amazing bakery! Easy communication, fantastic service, and they were able to accommodate a very specific request in a short amount of time! The cake turned out beautiful and wow the flavor….truly one of the best cakes I’ve ever had! Highly recommend supporting this business. Thank you Cakeheads!

My mom and I stopped by Cake Heads yesterday after hearing they carried a lot of Filipino desserts. The bakery itself is super cute — bright, clean, and nicely set up.
That said, our experience felt a little off. When we first walked in, one of the staff members (wearing an orange top) loudly called out “Be right with you!” even though we were the only ones there. It caught us off guard — it didn’t seem necessary to shout. The woman who greeted us afterward was very kind and enthusiastic, but the energy felt a little overwhelming; we were hoping for a chance to quietly browse and take in all the desserts rather than be in conversation the whole time.
The desserts we tried were pretty good — definitely some nice options if you’re craving Filipino sweets. I’d just suggest a bit more warmth and calmness in the customer interaction to match the cozy vibe of the shop. Overall, a cute place, but my visit didn’t quite feel as relaxed or welcoming as I’d hoped.

Bought cupcakes for my wife's birthday and that day they had all the flavors she wanted (ube and Pandan) and there was enough variety to satisfy the rest of us. Great to have this option very close to Highlands Ranch. They pack in very good containers as well.

I threw a small surprise 80th birthday party for my mom. I researched places to order a specialty cake, I stopped by the bakery and tried a selection of treats and was very impressed.
I ordered a cake for 12 people as I wanted my mom to be able to have some left over. While speaking with my consultant, I let her know that I was looking for and when I picked up the cake on Friday, Aug. 15th, I was totally amazed at the creation of this cake, it brought tears to my eyes!
My mom and my family totally loved this cake, it was Vanilla Chiffon, with lemon mouse and lemon curd. The cake was very moist and the lemon flavor was amazing.
I highly recommend this bakery.

Cakeheads provided the dessert for our wedding by doing a cupcake bar, and it was absolutely perfect! They were fantastic to work with at the tasting, providing us with a variety of different options to taste and also bringing out more if we requested specific flavors to try. They also worked closely with us on the design of the cupcakes to make sure they were exactly what we envisioned to match the colors and aesthetic of our day. And everything turned out absolutely beautiful and delicious!! Everybody raved about the cupcakes on the wedding day! They even have the ability to provide gluten-free cupcakes, which was so nice to be able to accommodate our guests with this dietary need. We were super lucky that there ended up being cupcakes left over at the end of the night, so we got to take them home and enjoy them for longer! We would definitely recommend Cakeheads!!
