I've live in Colorado for 2 yrs now and only have tried 5 different places for Menudo and Chago's is By Far THE BEST! First time today trying the Tamales, POP! Fla ir in every bite. Casa is perfectly seasoned and the filling is tender and a punch of good flavor. The price of the Tamales are reasonable. Worth the price. Going back for more!!

This is an amazing little spot for quality Mexican food. I try to eat here whenever I can. Al pastor tacos are my personal fave but the whole menu is great. Excellent food served by genuine and hard working people. They deserve the love.

Came back from a vacation trip to San Diego and Tijuana, and this place is just as good if not better. Truly a hidden gem that I will eat everyday. Best Mexican food in CO, hands down.

Nice little hole in the wall burrito joint. Breakfast burritos are tasty, large, and simple. Birria is absolutely wonderful, with the Birria quesadilla absolutely massive portion. The tamales are fresh and homemade. Prices are good to match for everything on the menu. Staff is friendly and will make it right if something is wrong.

I had read about this place on Nextdoor and was excited to try it. It’s right around the corner from my neighborhood and I was looking forward to some delicious quesadillas. I walked in and was greeted, and looked up at the huge hanging menu board. The first thing I noticed was that there were no prices on the menu. That struck me as very odd, and a little concerning. The woman that came up to wait on me started rattling off prices, which again is quite odd for a walk up counter service type establishment. I inquired about the quesadillas and was told they were $12. Unfortunately that $12 did not even include guacamole or sour cream which I normally always get included with a quesadilla. I decided to leave without purchasing food and came home and got on their website. Going through the steps for online ordering, it stated that online ordering was not available, but it did list the food prices. They had quesadillas in two different places…one place showed $8, and one showed $10. So clearly, the quesadillas were not $12! I felt as if the woman behind the counter just decided that would be a good price for me to pay for that given day. Any food establishment that can’t post prices for a customer, especially a customer who’s never been there and would wonder, is not a food establishment I would ever patronize. Their pricing strategy seems sketchy at best.

I ordered tacos & steak, eggs & potatoes yesterday, it’s so deliciosoooo!!! Wow!!! Woke up early today, about to place an order at 6am on the dot. Fully convinced their menus are all delicious! Thank you Chago, keep up the great home cook dishes coming, the orders are coming babyyy 🙏👍👍👍

Barbacoa burrito that was moist, poorly folded and delicious. Overstuffed for sure. Prices weren't listed inside, I'm sure they had drinks but I couldn't tell what and they weren't listed either. Still great burrito, I ate every bite.
