Came here for a Spicy wrap meal, Lady at the counter refused to acknowledge they have a spicy wrap. Then proceeded to charge me for a large meal and only give me a medium fry and a small drink. Only after i restated the fact i paid for a large did she act like it was a mistake, and STILL proceeded to only give me a medium drink. Out of all the Chik fil a’s in the highlands ranch/centennial area, this one has definitely fallen low.

Picked the curbside option and was in stall 5 tonight for 10 minutes. No one showed up. Nothing. Went to drive and got a sorry. No explanation of anything. Does the curbside just get ignored?

I ordered an 8 count nugget and only got 5 nuggets of acceptable size. The other three could not be considered nuggets. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last month so I am done with this location

I always go to this chick fil a. But for some reason it took me 20 minutes to get my food and be on my way. I went through the drive thro twice cause they forgot straws then I get home to actually get 9? Ish chickens supposed to 12! Not that hard to count and extremely disappointed since this food is already decently overpriced

As many other have commented the service speed is lacking 17 minutes for a to go order is pretty bad. The lobby is a slip and fall lawsuit waiting to happen when its wet you have to walk on tiles to get to a carpet to walk on more tile. Did not even get noticed for 4 to 5 minutes standing in an empty lobby. Just poor service.

I just went and ordered a burrito and hasbrowns for breakfast, and i was the only person ordering and they gave me a burrito (when i opened it, it was completely fallen apart) and i never received my hasbrowns, yet i paid for both.

Never in my life have I been to a chic fil a I would rate low, but this is the first. My dad and I ordered two meals, and we specified we wanted 4 chic fil a sauces, 3 ketchups, 3 Polynesian, and only got 2 CFA, 2 Polynesian, 1 ketchup.

Why did you intentionally skimp us? That's ridiculous. We each had to pace how much sauce was in our meal, something I've NEVER had to do at a Chick-fil-A before. You will never get my business again. Shame on you.

Went through the drive through during a rush hour. The woman taking my order was understandably rushed, but didn't bother to ask any follow up questions about my order, and I had to continuously tell her that I wasn't done ordering yet... Got my food and it wasn't until I was home that I realized they had left something out of my order. I am a highly anxious individual, and already going through the drive through was out of my comfort zone so I refused to go back. I completely understand that it was a busy time, but I am still partially upset that I paid full price for items I didn't even receive...
