I had to wait 20 mins for my food and when they finally brought it out it was incorrect. Then I had to wait longer for the correct order and wasn’t offered any sort of compensation.

Very expensive and service is terrible. Need new management. Also, the food tasted horrible and the produce was disgusting. Never going again.

If you have allergies please avoid this location. After requesting specific items and informing them of an allergy, confirming at the drive thru, and receiving a salad labeled as special with the allergy listed they still put the wrong chicken on it and I was unable to eat it. Luckily I noticed. I tried reaching out and it was brushed off.

I’ve had several issues here with them getting orders wrong and completely forgetting items and it just seems to be getting worse at this location. The disregard for allergies is disheartening.

Terrible customer service from the manager CJ. Wouldnt expect it from Chick-fil-A

I got severe food poisoning which was odd because a manager even called my name and gave me my food. Not sure how you’re standing behind serving food that gets people sick.

Food was bad. Hard crusty nuggets. Hit or miss nowadays with all theCFA's. Great sandwich next time but in Centennial.

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to this chick fil a. Employees are still nice, but they seem to be slacking in the leadership department. I think there has been a change in Leadership and is shows the change wasn’t a good change. Orders get messed up more often when it’s busy. The leaders here need to step up and properly lead the team, especially when it gets busy.

CJ was so kind to us today. My daughter was crying, and he so kindly came over and gave her a cow toy. It instantly dried the tears, and helped me out. Thanks again CJ!

There is a high school up the street and it can get a bit busy during lunch, but service is fast!!
