I had the beef lo mein and it was very tasty. The flavors were wonderful and blended well together. The egg roll was decent and I enjoyed it. The waiter was super nice and pleasant to be around as was the atmosphere. I would happily come back.

Waited for more than an hour and a half. Food never arrived!!

Ordered delivery and it was an hour late, cold and they completely dodge any phone calls to ask where the order is at. I used to like it when the former owners were there. At least they could speak English to answer any questions. If you want breading with a little bit of chicken go here. Better off at Panda Express, for real!

I’ve been ordering food from here for a very long time (decades) and it’s always amazing, THIS NEW CHEF IS JUST AS AMAZING, As the old! Best Sesame Beef ever. It’s more red in color now and sort of brings Char Siu and Sesame Beef together in a perfect Harmony. Highly Recommended

I placed an order for delivery. I was told that it would be 40 minutes. At 1.5 hours I was calling to cancel order, at that point the driver arrived. I ordered a bottle of plum wine, it did not arrive, when I questioned the manager, who I was on the line with, told me they only sold it by the glass. They substituted crab wontons, which I don't eat, without notifying me. The sauce for the duck was as thick as jelly. When I called back the next day to speak to the owner, the so-called manager said the owner was busy and could not come to the phone. All I got from the manager was apologies and excuses, no offer of a refund on the crab wontons, which I did not order. The owner and manager obviously does not care about customer service. No call back from the owner. I have been ordering from here for over 20 years, but no more.

I ordered through Beyond Menu. App said it was delivered but we did not receive it. Called China Tapai and they confirmed it was taken to the wrong address but never corrected the mistake and we never received food! Horrible customer service!

Been ordering here for almost 20 years so I’ll give them a 3 star because of all the good meals I’ve had in the past but I’m done. Didn’t realize they had switched ownership but now I know why things have changed for the worse. Couldn’t even communicate a delivery order tonight, it’s been like that for a while now. Food quality has been declining as well, good luck to them. Too bad, place was awesome.
