This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve ordered a vegan burrito through the app and it has come with cheese. I really do feel bad leaving back to back reviews but it’s been consistently during the 7-8p hour where my order is being made wrong. I’m not sure if it’s an employee issue or what it is. My biggest concern is that Chipotle claims to be accommodating to different dietary restrictions but there may be an issue with quality check / following order directions? Again, as a vegan, it makes me lose a bit of trust in Chipotle overall.

Several times I came at 930pm and the workers inside said it's closed, that's not what the website says. Closing on Saturday at 940pm??? Unacceptable!!!!! Change your signs!!!!

I have been to this location dozens of times and to Chipotle 100's of times, but this time was awful. I ordered two chicken bowls with extra chicken and a side of queso and chips and someone must have accidently dumped the salt shaker into the rice or chicken because it was inedible. I tried to contact the store manager, but couldn't reach a live person. When I contacted the customer service via email, a man named Dennis, with the title, Customer Care Coordinator, apologized, but did not offer to reimburse me for my horrible experience. Even after I suggested he reimburse me, he just apologized again. Horrible customer service skills, Dennis should be fired! Guess I'll have to stick with Qdoba in the future.

Food and service is great, but I cannot recommend this place due to the fact that the members' rewards scan doesn't work. Purchasing from this restaurant doesn't give you points, and the receipt paper always have a missing line due to a bad printer. You can't see the last digit of your check number.

It was barely 2pm, and they were out of food! They had no rice, white or brown, and the response from the employees was abhorrent. I can't imagine how the day went afterwards...

Have you ever had someone smile and laugh in your face as they insult you in Spanish thinking you don't understand them? Feel free to have the experience here, as they serve you cold food with a bad attitude, and double charge you for the experience :)

I placed an online order and specifically asked for extra, extra carnitas—even paid extra for it. When I got my food, there was barely any carnitas in the bowl. It’s frustrating to pay more and not get what you ordered. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. If you’re not going to honor customizations, why offer them in the first place? Really disappointing experience.
