The food is great and the customer service is good but sometimes the employees are stingy with the protein.

Food and service is great, but I cannot recommend this place due to the fact that the members' rewards scan doesn't work. Purchasing from this restaurant doesn't give you points, and the receipt paper always have a missing line due to a bad printer. You can't see the last digit of your check number.

Enjoy this store and pharmacy.

It was barely 2pm, and they were out of food! They had no rice, white or brown, and the response from the employees was abhorrent. I can't imagine how the day went afterwards...

Brown rice and veggies not available…had to wait 10 minutes while they put the veggies on…first time for chipotle

Have you ever had someone smile and laugh in your face as they insult you in Spanish thinking you don't understand them? Feel free to have the experience here, as they serve you cold food with a bad attitude, and double charge you for the experience :)

I placed an online order and specifically asked for extra, extra carnitas—even paid extra for it. When I got my food, there was barely any carnitas in the bowl. It’s frustrating to pay more and not get what you ordered. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. If you’re not going to honor customizations, why offer them in the first place? Really disappointing experience.

Girl upfront needs to learn what “light” means and how to wrap a burrito… might as well ask for it to be double wrapped every time.

I came in to get a burrito and this is all I got. They were stingy on the meat they were out of sour cream and cheese. This the smallest I ever gotten a burrito. I felt like they were just rushing me out so they can close.

The staff was great even though they were super busy, they were quick. However, Chipotle is getting very stingy with their serving sizes.. $12 for a steak bowl that was about half filled.

Impressed with how quickly and organized they were working through a busy customer rush. They were hosting a fundraiser and they were staffed appropriately and working well to move through a long line. You don’t always see that. I’ll make it a priority to come to this location in the future.

On top of us receiving the completely wrong order, the meats weren’t cooked at the way through. They drowned the bowl in sour cream, and when you call to just express a wrong doing you can’t even get connected. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with chipotle!

We just left this Chipotle it’s Friday January 10th, 2025 at 9:15-30pm & I just paid $24 for a bowl. I had asked for a little more meat because this location consistently underserves food. The initial scoop I got was literally 5 pieces of chicken and when I asked for more she charged it as extra, when really the “extra” should’ve been the actual amount of chicken. I have had many instances I have had to repeatedly ask for a bit more because they never put enough. It’s upsetting that I have to do this for food that I am paying for. I won’t be coming back to this location, the workers don’t care for their customers and have very bad attitudes as well. If they get better, caring employees I would definitely come back because the food is good but right now it’s just a bunch of teenagers who don’t really care and serve the food below the standard.
