Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the location on Yosemite, this one is trash
This place used to be good compared to other Chipotle locations, but lately the portions have been very small. I could literally count the pieces of chicken in my bowl, and it felt like I received half or even less than the usual portion. It’s disappointing because this location used to be much better. I hope they improve the portion sizes and consistency

Asked for half a scoop of rice and instead got a scoop of white and brown rice. was a bowl full of rice since they decided to just put normal scoops of everything else. at least they were nice.

Savanna D is amazing! She helped me with my order and made me feel like a family member. She helped my mother with her order and went above and beyond to help her. She is absolutely outstanding in every single way. Her kindness, communication skills, and compassion are truly amazing. Thank you Savanna for being so kind to us and so helpful. This location will waste your time and money. If you place an online order, make sure you check it, because they will most likely mess it up. In the past, I have paid extra for guacamole and didn't get it, and today I got their new double-protein bowl. I checked it and it’s the same amount of protein as a regular bowl that I would get. I don’t know why I keep coming to this location. It’s almost like you have to watch them carefully make your order because it definitely doesn’t save you any time to place it online. If they forget something like your three dollar guacamole, there is no way to get anyone on the phone and it’s 100 steps to try and get refunded for the missed item. I’ll be going to Park Meadows Chipotle from now on.

Already submitted a survey to Chipotle, but they definitely skimped me on protein (steak), and the last piece tasted funny. Too bad.
This Chipotle is straight-up robbing customers. I paid for double meat and received less than a single portion. Not a mistake—this is clearly intentional. They shave portions down to the absolute minimum, hoping customers won’t call it out.
I immediately returned the food and will never come back. This is deceptive, unethical, and honestly feels like a hidden tax you never agreed to. If I pay for double, I expect double—not crumbs.
Shame on Chipotle for turning portion control into legalized theft. This location is officially on my boycott list, and I strongly recommend others do the same. As long as people keep buying, they’ll keep stealing. The only way they learn is when customers walk away.

I usually drive further to go to the one on Belleview or Hampden for a reason. Consistently worse food and bad service at this one. I like down the road and drive way farther to go to just about any other chipotle

Do not trust this location. The employees will lie to you in order to charge you more. When contacted, the store did not care. I suggest going to another location that has ethics.
