Service and restaurant cleanliness are always on point but I can't same the for the food unfortunately. My daughter likes Culvers and so my husband and I keep trying to find something to like but every single time we go, the onion rings are burnt the burgers are dry and the veggies are dried out on the burger looking like something that was pulled out of trash bin. I don't like leaving negative reviews; I always try really hard to give everyone and every place the benefit of the doubt, but after our visit today at the Culvers on Arapahoe (Colorado) and once again seeing our food burnt and dried out I decided it was time. I should also mention I have tried Culvers in other states as well and its not just the ones in Colorado. Culvers, guys, I really want to like your food, I do, but unless something changes I'm afraid we're through.

The person I was with got food poisoning from the chocolate ice cream. Was really sick for 48 hours. We called the manager to let her no and she tried to argue her way out of it. Did not take any responsibility or action. Stay away from this place.

Wasn't even a long line was asked to go wait to the left. Waited more than 5 minutes. When I got my food there was no napkins or ketchup for the french fries. They were dumped in my bag. I had my small dog and infant with me so I wasn't able to go in and ask for some. And didn't want to wait another 5 minutes for those things. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I be back again.
I cooked my own food.And it stayed in my camper.I enjoyed the trip very much if you like to bird watch.That is the place to go

This surprised me. I've never been to Culver's. We decided to give it a try. The burgers were some of the best fat food burgers I've had. The service was top notch. The inside felt like a cozy sit down restaurant. They have new regular customers.

I ate there for lunch Tuesday, August 12. I ordered two fish sandwiches and one onion rings. I was kind of thrown aback when I was charged extra for tatar sauce. I understand that onion rings go well with ketchup l was given two packs.My fish sandwich was so bland tartar sauce should have been given. The fish sandwich need all the help it could possibly get. I wish I would’ve chose another restaurant. Truly was a waste of money
