I visited this location on my lunch break. Ordered a Hell’s Kitchen 4 eggs. $17 sandwich AND left 15 percent tip.
First bite no meat, just eggs and hashbrowns. Second bite, one small piece of meat slips out. Curiously, I open that half of my sandwich. There is one more small piece of meat in the half. 2 small pieces in a half a sandwich.
I call in to the store and have the pleasure of of speaking with the owner. He claims he made my sandwich and assures me that he uses proper proportions. Basically doesn’t believe me, we get into an argument and he FINALLY offers me a credit.
I’m my opinion, this new management is going to drive this sandwich shop to the ground. I won’t be returning.

Had the absolute WORST experience with this place today. Customer service SUCKS. Sad to see a small business treating customers so poorly. What used to be a weekly occurrence will be no more, and ill be sure to spread the word about it. All i wanted was my sandwich.

I have been going to Deli Zone for many years and was happy to find this location in my neighborhood. I love the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I love supporting a Colorado business!

Great food, fast service and seemed like a cool out of the way, local-owned deli. We had one of the specials that day which was pork belly. Delicous!
Really amazing sandwiches. Great menu, incredible bread, super fresh and savory ingredients. The menu has something for everyone. My son and I loved their sandwiches! I highly reccomend!!!!

Tried to order online from Arapahoe Rd location, says location doesn't exist, only shows locations in Boulder.
The gentleman behind the counter was polite and helpful recommended the special and oh man am I glad I got it. I walked in thinking I was gonna get a regular turkey or roast beef sandwich and what I got was an umami bomb. I ordered the bhami (probably spelled that wrong) special. It had marinated pork, diakon, carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, jalapeños, mayo, and two fried eggs. This was an excellent sandwich. The marinated pork was salty but with the sweetness of a good teriyaki marinade, the vegetation was crisp and refreshing and gave it that crunch i love, and the eggs and mayo gave it a creaminess that I didnt know I needed but added to it so much. I dont even like eggs but they were fried and seasoned perfectly the combinations of flavor sang beautifully together. I will definitely be returning to see what other specials they have and to try the base menu items too!

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered subs and the turkey ones were fine, nothing special. The Italian however might be the worst sub I've ever come across, it had thick pieces of ham chopped up (see picture) and thrown into it and was just a hot mess of a sandwich... Terrible, had to throw out
i’m very picky about my sammiches, i especially dislike cold / untoasted sandwiches
i really only eat cheba but when im craving a sandwich but i can confidently say Deli Zone is on PAR with Cheba hut in terms of quality, taste, ingredient variation, and presentation
some sandwich places kinda disregard the presentation but deli zone has that to the t
its very fast service and their breakfast combo (2 eggs & cheese , choice of sausage or ham plus DRINK) seems like an amazing deal for only 8.99.
overall just an amazing restaurant and the staff was amazing. Wish i could re experience it for the first time again just cuz i was really impressed

Update at bottom…
Community Alert for Locals and Travelers:
Don’t be misled by the glowing reviews—my recent experience at this deli was deeply disappointing. While the staff member I spoke with was polite and offered to remake my sandwich, the core issue wasn’t in the preparation, but in the quality of the ingredients themselves.he also asked that I not leave a bad review but….
The bacon was clearly pre-cooked and microwaved, the ham was shriveled and tasted old, and the hash browns somehow managed to be both mushy and overly crunchy in the worst way. Even the bread tasted stale and far from fresh.
Unfortunately, no amount of remaking could have fixed the low-quality components. Save your money and look elsewhere for a satisfying meal.
Happy food hunting and have a bless day…
Response from the owner was just as disappointing as the food.
No one yelled, was rude, or aggressive—let’s get that straight. I record all my phone calls (for situations exactly like this), and I’m happy to share the audio with anyone who wants to hear the truth. The owner trying to spin the narrative only made things worse and honestly says a lot.
After my call, he proceeded to repeatedly call and message me, begging me not to leave a review. That’s not only unprofessional—it’s harassment. I didn’t even have the option to return and have the sandwich remade, as I was stuck in traffic on I-25 and couldn’t turn around. When I initially called to explain the issue, I was either hung up on or disconnected, and then got a voicemail asking me again not to leave a review.
Let’s be clear: my review is based on facts. The food was genuinely poor quality—premade microwave bacon, old shriveled deli meat, and hash browns that were somehow both mushy and burnt at the same time.
I was trying to give honest feedback, but the way this was handled was even more disappointing than the food itself. I’ll leave it up to others to decide if they want to risk having a similar experience—but I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.

Staple of centennial for a long time. Quick and friendly and solid Sammy’s.
Edit: place has gone down hill since it got new owners.
