Great good, excellent service, cool atmosphere! My 7 year old and I went to the Centennial location to grab some lunch and the most delicious strawberry shortcake. Rees and the team took great care of us! Unfortunately we don't live close, but we will definitely make the trip tonthis location again!

Atmosphere was good, I like the seating arrangements.
The food was ok, only some of it was hot. The gravy I got on my biscuits was like lukewarm. Could have been a bit higher in temperature.
Other than that, it had a good overall taste.

This is our favorite New York style pizza place to go to. Thin and crispy crust, huge pizza, quality toppings. We also love the biscuits and the cinnamon roll, and the happy hour has great deals.

I went to Denver biscuit Co. on my day off to have breakfast and a drink. Rees was my server and bartender and he was the absolute best. I enjoyed and biscuits and gravy, a bomb bloody Mary and great conversation. Service was quick, friendly and attentive.Thank you Rees for a fun morning. I will definitely be back!!! Thankyou!!

I have only been here twice. Once around lunch time and the other later in the afternoon l. got takeout and dinned in. I prefer their breakfast menu, but was impressed overall.
I initially thought it was a bit pricey for what you recieve (still think it is to an extent, but what isnt these days?), however it was a way larger portion than I expected so it was somewhat justified.
Its also an odd menu between the pizza/ breakfast items, but I dont hold that against them just take note of what times they serve certain items.
The staff were super friendly both visits, and the server we had was very attentive.
They have really good quality meals and I would 100% recommend trying it out if you live nearby.

4 stars is based on our past experiences with this Fat Sully’s pizza. If I was rating based on our pizza from this weekend, it would be 2 stars at best. And this is my biggest problem with this location - **consistency**. I want to love it. It’s our best pizza option close by, and when it’s done right, it’s SO GOOD. And by right, I mean when it’s thin, crispy with just the right sauce to topping ratio.
This past weekend, our 1/2 and 1/2 pizza was DROWNING in sauce. It was sauce that met the crust, not cheese. When you pushed down on a slice with your finger, sauce bubbled out like a popped pimple. Disgusting. It was also undercooked. The dough was clearly close to raw underneath the toppings and gobs of sauce. The pepperoni and mushrooms were barely cooked on one half. Our 1/2 and 1/2 toppings were also carelessly and lazily applied, stopping short on one side so there was a 1/2 plain cheese slice of pizza.
When I’m dropping almost $40 on ONE PIZZA - yes, I do expect something approaching perfection. And many times, Fat Sully’s delivers just that, but not recently for us. It’s so very disappointing. Please get back on the same page with the ‘Za. We want to be able to rely on your product.
