We were seated but not one of the staff stopped by our table. We waited 20-25 minutes but still had no service or anyone even look our direction. We decided to leave and when we did we have THREE different staff members tell us “thanks for coming and have a great evening”. Management needs to get their act together and get their staff paying better attention to their customers and what’s going on.

TAKE-OUT SYSTEM SADLY LACKING. Great biscuits, but hardly worth it when one is required to order online and it takes more than 25 minutes to fill the order. I never did get a text that my order was ready. I went through the drive-thru, and there is was, next to the window growing cold. Employee was distracted, unfriendly and harried. Wish the service was as good as the biscuits.

Sitting outside in cold, not so fun. Get your own coffee - so 1980. No creme cheese or sour cream is off for a breakfast place. 1 waiter seams to be covering entire place. For new opening... red flags.

First of all Heidi is amazing 2nd time I have had here wait on me. I am alittle disappointed in the cinnamon rolls. I bought 2 cinnamon roll to take and share with my grand daughter, the bottom of the rolls were burnt not just cinnamon but baked too long and was hard to eat so we just cut the bottom off. Again just disappointed, if it wasn’t a snow day I would have driven an hour back to return.

In my search for the best cinnamon roll in the Highlands Ranch area, the top spot so far goes to the Denver Biscuit Company for their Giant Cinnamon Roll! This biscuit dough based roll is tall, tan and delicious, with wonder flavor, texture and a generous topside pool of icing that positively drools down the side when you cut into the roll! Kevin’s service was excellent. Come early if you want one of these; I got the next-to-last one of the day at brunch time…

Never again will we be going here? We are once a weekers. Our to go order this weekend took 45 minutes when we got there. It was all screwed up not an apology or a refund or anything.

Do NOT get the biscuits and gravy here. I'd give it a 2 out of 5. Weird spice in there and otherwise very bland. You'd think that would be their signature dish, it's not, probably the worst thing on the menu. My wife had the Franklin which was very good. Excellent fried chicken and very tasty mushroom gravy. Everything very expensive. I won't be back, but I'm sure my wife will.

The level of contempt this place’s hostess had on 2/12 in the a.m. was almost laughable. Like a 13 year old being forced to clean her room. Food wasn't bad and our actual waiter was much better. Won’t go out of my way to come back.

I've been here twice, and although there was a 30 min wait it was well worth it! The portions are huge and everything is delicious! Servers are super friendly and took good care of us. I got a Lola I believe , the chicken was perfect and I added an over easy egg, it was enough to last me all day! Will be back and telling my friends and family about it!

Fun and funky atmosphere. Our server, Star, was fantastic. Food was great, service was prompt. We'll definitely be back.Highlights during our visit were the cheesey shrimp and grits with pork belly, the hash browns, and the biscuits and gravy. We also ordered a cinnamon roll to take home, but haven't tried it yet.One odd thing; if you order coffee, you have to get up and get it yourself. Kinda strange, but not a deal breaker. Also this building actually houses a Fat Sully's Pizza, DBC, and Atomic Cowboy (which might be the umbrella under which they all operate). There are different areas on the physical menu for each restaurant's offerings, but it feels more like one restaurant with different menus at different times of day. Go check it out. You'll be glad you did.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options on the DBC menu, and impossible "beef" is on offer for the sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of spots, as well as handicapped spots near the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp, and plenty of spaces where folks with mobility issues can sit inside.
