Terrible. Absolute waste of money. $50 for two meals and one kids meal for old cafeteria food.. Meat was so dry and old. We threw half the food away.

If sauce makes or breaks your meal like mine -know that this place will not send your sauce. This is the third time I didn’t receive my sauces!! Which I paid extra for! I got extra spicy bbq, I only wanted 1 spicy bbq, I wanted extra Carolina sauce which is why I paid for extra Carolina sauce. just beware sauce lovers you will get NO correct sauce !! They also don’t answer the phone and I got this with my points bummer :(

I have eaten here several times over the years and the food is always excellent! It is a great place for a quiet meal and good food. And for those is a hurry they have a drive through!

This is my very FIRST time ordering from them and they made my experience the worse!! Idk how you can confuse a “pulled pork” sandwich for CHICKEN but, they did. Not to mention the most important ingredient of all to make it all come together forgetting the SAUCE!!! How are you a bbq spot and provide No sauce on a sandwich?!! 🤯🤯 I will NEVER order thru them again! Thanks for my first experience being a terrible one

It had been almost 2 years since I stopped coming here because of the terrible food. I decided to give them another try. Keep in mind I used to go here often before. But not anymore. The food still doesn’t take very good. Brisket and pork are very dry. I got the westerner sandwich combo with the brisket chili which was nothing more than sorry canned baked beans that did not taste good at all. The Mac and cheese also sucks. The price is not at all worth it. Go to another BBQ place is my recommendation and I honestly don’t think I’ll go back to this place again. Ever…

I came to this location for the birthday reward. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean and organized, and the staff created a very welcoming atmosphere.

I really wanted to try this one, because I've never been. However, all the ratings were blocked (as this one will probably by) so I could only read the 1 exceptional one. Still i was willing to try, but I pulled up and the place was totally dilapidated and looked abandoned. We skipped it.

This venue is not good for catering. No one answers the phone. Spent 1 hour trying to reach someone. When they did answer they did not understand English well. . Claims managers run from their personal cell phones. They dont answer or give wrong number. Order was late and missing items Totally unprofessional.

We ordered from Dickey's via Uber Eats. Uber Eats was great with our order arriving between the time we'd schedule. However, our order arrived without the Texas Toast, with mashed potatoes instead of the potato casserole ordered, and dry ribs. The Kielbasa and Beef Brisket were good. The baked beans were just ordinary beans I could have gotten from a can.

3.8 doesn't surprise me. I should have checked before eating. Nasty. I just hope I don't get sick. How about cleaning or changing out food containers and Iced tea. Couldn't eat the potatoe salad. Nasty.
