Ummm it's only 52 degrees in the restaurant right now. The shift lead says she doesn't have access to turn it up .... And the ice cream is just milk? Food was good and the staff were nice. But man we will never come back here.

Ice cream machine was out of product. The workers had difficulty speaking English in the ordering line.

The Driest Brisket and Coldest Mac & Cheese I have ever tasted.

Haven't been here in over 20 years. After Dickey's changed the way the make and serve their food a long time ago, I pretty much stopped going. I went to another location a few years ago and it was just fair. I stopped by tonight desperately hungry after working late. I was really happy to see this location kept the lunch line style of ordering food, and this location still has the free ice cream! Brings me back to being a kid. The brisket was really good too. The three guys working behind the counter were also really nice and chatted for a moment. The visit was a nice surprise for a tired and hungry tradesman.

The food (pulled pork) was absolutely awful. The bun was stale, the restaurant was cold, the pipes were frozen in the bathrooms. I wouldn’t set foot in this place again if the food was free.

Dickey's on Arapahoe has been our go to BBQ place. The last two times have been a disappointment. The soft serve ice cream has been broken....boo. A handle was missing from the bathroom sink and water from the faucet sprayed all over. The dining room was dark and the TVs weren't on. My son even threw out some of his smoked turkey. That never happens. Time to move on. There is a lot of competition in the BBQ world. Time to move on.

My first Dickey's barbeque ever- a very delicious one! Very friendly hosts.
We ordered two build your own big yellow boxes for pickup. The order was ready for pickup at the scheduled time. The staff were friendly and courteous. They offered to carry my order out to the car. There were no issues with the order and the food was great!

The food was fine, but my 5 star review goes to Jannette. As my family dined, we noticed that Jannette was not only our waitress but she was also the bartender, she bussed tables, and I saw her bringing out 2 huge containers of ice for the bar. We joked that she's probably back in the kitchen cooking food too. My point being is that she wore lots of hats and still gave us great service. Jannette, thanks for coming to work last night. Management: Whatever you are paying Jannette, she needs a raise because she kept the restaurant going!!!

I was craving for some brisket, but I was very disappointed this time, the brisket was very tough and had lots of burned parts as well as fat that was wasted and no edible.Price was gigher and the quality was defiantly lower from my last experiences!
Better than average barbecue meats, but the restaurant is getting old and lack of maintenance is becoming an issue. Last time going there the ice cream machine was broken, no cobbler, and the bathroom sink faucet is near death.Parking: Never an issue finding a good spotWheelchair accessibility: Very short distances and good ramps and access.
