Burgers and other main dishes are great! The buns make all the difference really. The messier it is, the better it tastes. I've had a variety of the offerings over the years and usually find them very tasty and enjoyable.But let me share why I decided to review now.Tater Tots.The past few times I have ordered tots with my meal, they have been in some fashion a huge let down. I like to give places up to 3 tries until I mention anything, unless it's a high end steak house, but that's not this place.The tots have been cold, taste was off, cheese was cold, rubbery, and just really and totally not worth the cost. So bad in fact, I am writing this since they failed 3 times with them.Don't mix this with the burgers and main menu items as this have been pleasurable and tasted great. Just not sure why my tots have been a huge let down. Your mileage probably varies.Anyway, I won't be ordering tots for a time due to my experiences. But I will return for other menu items. ;)

I can't speak highly enough about Dog Haus's incredible support for our high school band program. For three events now, they've generously donated hot dogs and condiments to our concessions, helping the band fund instrument repairs, guest teachers, and additional band expenses. Folks love their hot dogs and come to the concessions hoping we have them from one event to the next. Not as good as the location in Colorado Springs. Calls themselves a biergartrn but they always have the same 4 beers on tap vs the COS location that has about 40 rotating taps. Still good and unique, though

Sitting in the parking lot right now eating food in the car with my kids writing this review: Even though I asked about kids meals and my kids were standing next to me and I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger, the guy taking orders tried to up charge me for my kid's cheeseburger kid's meal at an adult cheeseburger price and then even though the restaurant says open till 9 after I ordered and was about to sit down with my kids he said it was takeout only at 8PM and the lobby was closed. I eventually ordered kid's meal sliders because that was the only thing he would give me for the kid's meal price even though the menu right in front of me had several other options listed under kid's meal. Then when my food came out and I asked for my kid's drink that comes with the meal, the guy said I forgot to get the drink cup when I ordered which was a complete lie and tried to blame me. All the people working here look completely miserable and their customer service is worse than the worst burger king you could ever imagine. Frankly the guy taking orders wearing a beanie should be fired. Other reviews noted how bad service can be here and you should listen and not come! My1st time here, and I will never come back. Hawaiian rolls hard and stale like other reviews mention. Absolutely horrible experience!
