Nov 28, went in and ordered 3 med stuffed crusted pizzas. 2 Philly steak and 1 Hawaiian. Wanted only white garlic sauce on all 3. That only happened with the Philly steak. Hawaiian had regular red sauce which I can’t eat due to gives me heartburns. Was very disappointed. Had company over so I didn’t get to take em back and have em redo it.

Ordered online was told it would be ready in 1 hr. I show up 1 hr later my order isn't ready. Was told 15 min. Waited 30 min. Then was told it would be another 1 hr... for bacon jalapeno cheese bread 2 hrs! How did my wait time increase ? Never going here again

We had an order for a pizza and a brownie delivered to our home. The pizza was great. However, the brownie came out burned to a crisp. The establishment requested i call back the following day for a refund which I did. The manager personally apologized for the product and explained that their oven was malfunctioning the whole day. He attempted to refund far more than the brownie was worth which I wouldn't allow. Prime example of an establishment owning a mistake and doing right by its customer! Will be back for sure.
