so we not reading anymore? use to work here before and was told to read each receipt while on oven and make sure pizzas get garlic crust. 3rd time this has happened, guess they are hiring anyone nowadays lmao. can’t reading is crazy in 2024

Just because a place is understaffed does not mean they can just stop taking orders. And with the turnover rate, it’s completely unfair to blame the staff when the staff is constantly changing. This place can hit or miss, but they usually make up for it in some way. Give them a break, it’s a pizza chain after all.

I've saved $200 in 4 weeks, not buying dominos pizza! I guess thanks for the terrible experience.Terrible staff. I've been ordering from this location for years & won't anymore. I knew the drivers by name & tipped well but a2 hour plus wait for a pizza delivery is insane.The staff was rude & dismissive when I called. Corporate never followed up with my 3 complaints about this location.The staff's excuse - they're understaffed.If there's not enough staff, stop taking orders instead of angering customers left & right. It's Corporate money, the staff should just tell people you can't complete the order from the get go. Then people won't get angry waiting hours for their dinners. This is a simple fix.

Dominoes used to have good pizza, years ago. I don't normally get Dominoes but decided to give it a try and it was awful! Very disappointing, we won't be getting any more Dominoes ?

My pizza was suppose to deliver 45 min ago and no one answers the store. The number immediately hangs up. This is what I call severely poor service. Order a pizza wait and it never arrives and now it's past midnight and nothing is open lol.

Could not get the website to work which seems like every time, and so I went in. Worst customer service I have ever had. I will never be ordering again from Dominos.

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. After an issue from a previous order on 7/4, I was told by the night manager that she would notate 2 free pizzas on our account. Today I tried to use this credit and was told that 1. The person who told me this quit and didn’t notate anything 2. Her offering this due to an issue with the driver and our cancelled order goes against their policy.The person I spoke to (I believe his name was Lee?); terrible customer service. He could clearly see our account has been credited in the last because we order often and our orders are often wrong or incomplete. I explained the situation, down to the delivery driver’s car breaking down and their store being short staffed the night we ordered to prove I wasn’t just making up what was told on 7/4.Instead of honoring what was offered he basically said his hands were tied and preferred the argue the policy. Not to mention. it took 15 minutes to even get someone in the phone. I spoke to someone in a call center even though I dialed the store number and then was transferred to the store to hold for 10 minutes. Very disappointed and will not use this location in the future.

I changed my score from 5 stars down to 1. Something changed at this store, and they have lost me as a customer of over 15 years. They can not get an order right for anything. I put in special instructions, and call the store to remind them to follow the special instructions, they still screw up the order. Out of our last 10 orders, they screwed up 9 of them. Why allow a customer to insert special instructions, if you don't bother to follow them? Anytime we want pizza we now put a self rising crust pizza in the oven from King Soopers. Goodbye.

Placed an online order for delivery, it never showed up and when I tried calling the store they never picked up. I drove to the store and they were incredibly rude saying it was out for delivery and when I got home it still never showed up.

You can Only hope that the employees wash their hands... After having stood there and watched my order get made fondled and then cut by the driver Brian... I certainly hope his hands were clean....

Just called to make an order and was spoken to extremely rudely by the guy that answered the phone. They shouldn’t have people working there who speak to customers that way. Wow. I’m shocked by how rude he was and I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
