Been coming here for years, usually order online, today ordering online wasn't an option, so I called in the order. We ordered two breakfast burritos and Biscuits and gravy with eggs. We ended up with the roadie breakfast burritos and a half order of Biscuits and gravy with 1 egg. Food was good but half the size of what we were trying to order. A little disappointed.

The food was not edible. We picked up chicken burrito and chicken fried chicken dinner. We could not eat it was over cooked, no chicken, burnt. Only chicken cubes in the burrito which was awful. Wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I want our $30+ back.

The food was shit! The hash-browns were thick and raw the eggs were slimy! They did not even get my order right I asked for ham I got bacon and I asked for my eggs to be over easy I got scrambled! My wife was not excited to eat her meal either. If you’re looking for a good breakfast, I would avoid this place. The atmosphere was cool because we got to sit outside, but that was the extent of it.

I have been to Doug’s Diner 3 times now and it definitely hasn’t disappointed! Originally from Denver but lived in Albuquerque NM for the last 25 years. This is the closest I have found for authentic New Mexico green and red chili dishes (especially the Papas)! Megan was my server and she was a joy. It is great to see a server genuinely take care of her patrons. HUGE thumbs up! I Highly recommend this place. Top Notch Chris

Arrived at 7:57 a.m. Saturday morning August 2nd was greeted nicely seated. Kaylie came by and took our drink orders and our breakfast orders and snapped the menu out of my hand. That was disturbing. Then we sat there and waited for at least 20 minutes for breakfast which then turned out to be mediocre and the flavor was there but it was cold. My husband ordered the hillbilly and the biscuit gravy had hardened because it's that for so long to be delivered. My huevo Socorro the beans were ice cold. The food was cool. Not hot so not sure what was going on. Finally got a hold of the bus staff to get us more coffee. At the time of arrival there was Max three tables. A table arrived and sat behind us and they ordered and they received their food in a timely manner. This is the second time I've been to Doug's diner in 5 years. Wanted to try it again. The food is actually good. I'm not sure what was going on with kaylie today she wasn't very attentive. Spent most of her morning speaking with the other wait staff at the register. Perhaps that's why our food was cold. Should have sent it back. She said she would tell the kitchen that the beans were cold. I never saw her go to the kitchen with that information so I'm not sure if I'll come back. That's that's a shame cuz it's local
