The most flavorful and tender Ribeye that I've ever had. The crab/corn bisque was unique, delightful and the perfect appetizer. Carrot cake highly recommended, to be shared.Lobster mac was lacking lobster, and the cheese had a texture that I wasn't a huge fan of.The service was friendly and attentive but a little slow.Decor was fun and fancy if not gaudy, felt like a Las vegas casino from a decade ago.Definitely should be added to anyone's Denver steakhouse rotation.

My wife, very reluctantly, sent her entrée back too be cooked longer. The staff took care of it with no problems. Two different managers came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking afterwards. That was pretty awesome! Thank you to Eddie Merlot's! The food was amazing and so was our experience!

We came in for restaurant week. We did a filet mignon (as did most of our surrounding tables) and the short ribs, both accompanied by delicious mashed potatoes and asparagus The filet was good, exactly what you'd expect. The ribs were delicious but a little dry. The crab and corn bisque was delicious. The desserts are okay.We were checked on, but by more individuals than I'd expect.I'm glad we had a chance to visit but I think we should have started with a happy hour.

It was restaurant' week menu that we ordered. My husband enjoyed the ribs. It was full of flavor and tender. It was difficult to choose between beef steak and ahi tuna for me. Ahi tuna was not my flavor. So I'll go with steak next time. Desserts were good too. Can't wait to come back for more.

It was restaurant week. I had the filet mignon which was excellent and perfectly done. The salad was iceberg lettuce with a few vegetables and over-dressed. The steak came with 3 plain asparagus spears and a glob of heavy, mashed potatoes. My partner's tuna steak was excellent. The crème brûlée was perfect.

First time here and very impressed with decor and much bigger than I expected. Service was excellent. Soup was very good but a bit skimpy on quantity. Tempura Beans were excellent and plentiful so we brought half home. Filet Mignon was average and appearance fair.
