I have gluten, lactose, and other food interolerances and eat here safely. Quality ingredients and prep. The authentic tacos are amazing. I drive past multiple Mexican restaurants to get to El Senor Sols.

Food was great. Camino real enchiladas tasty, chicharron in burrito fresh, fried crispy and diced just the right size: big enough for crunch and sabor but not so big each bite fills your mouth with manteca. Fast and efficient. Only 3 stars for atmosphere but they did just recover from some drunk that drove into the kitchen, so there’s time. Coffee brewed with cinnamon a bit much but gives it character. Clean restrooms. Patrons enjoying their margaritas before noon. Swallows...

This place has the best Mexican food near Highlands Ranch, worth the drive and the difficult way to get into the parking lot for the food. Everything is made fresh, great flavor and perfect amount of spice!
