Absolutely phenomenal Toya. The manager did an excellent job to the lunch rust. I felt like as a customer I was tended to but also taking care of. I recommend Firehouse to everyone

The bag of Cheetos was open at the top and therefore stale, the drink station offers zero flavored Coke varieties, and they often forget to ask what type of bread you want and assume white bread. Overall 3 stars.

Firehouse Subs are delicious and one of the best subs you can get out there.That being said this location is absolutely awful. The staff are constantly rude to customers. The staff complains about having to work to the customers as they are making your food and sometime will out right refuse service if they feel they are too “busy”. I have brought this to the attention of Firehouse Subs multiple times and nothing has come of it so I just want to warn the public. With so many Firehouses Subs in close proximity it is definitely worth it to go to Any. Other. One!

I learned of the Father’s Day promo that offered a free sandwich if your name started with “Da…”. Google indicated the restaurant was open until 9pm. Had trouble ordering online, so pulled in to the restaurant at 8:52 expecting to ask the staff’s assistance. Nope. The man said curtly, “ordering is closed and everything is shut down”. I mentioned Google’s 9pm and he said, “That is when the lobby closes. I walk out at 9pm.” His coworker intervened at that point saying to me, “I’m sorry, sir, for the inconvenience for you.” He was sincere and it was appreciated. The first man’s failure to empathize was not. And though there are no doubt factors I am unaware of, why can’t “Open until 9pm” simply mean, “Come enjoy our product and service until 9pm”!?

While the food is consistently delicious, I have routinely seen a particular staff member repeatedly turn customers away because they were "too busy".And while I can appreciate being short staffed - being rude, impatient and abrasive, is not (I feel) the best way to convey that message to your clientele...The last few times it has happened has left a bad taste in my mouth that even my tasty sandwich could not fix.

gah dam that sammy was soggy as hell. i ordered gluten free and it was actual sponge after washing the dishes. i could have rang it out if it didnt turn into mush in my hands. i looked like a beast sitting at my desk snarfing down my soggy sammy i spent $13 on. everything else was yummy and it made up for the actual wet wipe "holding" the sammy together. im no sammy artist but i would say this sammy was less than adequate. if you dont like soggy sammies dont come here lol.

We were turned away and told we couldn't order for 20 minutes because of shift change. They were just standing around doing nothing.
Came in on a Sunday and there was only one person working. He was amazing! So friendly and professional. And the subs were delicious. Will be back.

Came in for a late dinner love the beef and cheddar of so tasty. The girl loves the turkey bacon ranch as well.

We are currently eating at this Firehouse and the manager here has made our experience so incredible. He even put on Luca for our two year old to watch while we were eating. Honestly just a really wonderful experience. The food is always good but that just made this place that much better.Kid-friendliness: Took extra great care of our kiddo

If a order is placed on line and they can not fulfill it you get told you have to order something cheaper and deal with it because that’s how business is done. Per the owner of this location. At least that’s what the guy there said.

We were VERY CLEAR that we did not want onions on one of our sandwiches. And there was STILL onions on it. If they cannot do what is asked of them multiple times, then I cannot recommend their restaurant.
