Haven't been to Freddy's in a while, not sure why. We love the crispy patties but my wife is especially fond on the Patty Melt. She says they taste like the "old time melts" she is used to. You also receive a generous portion of onion rings with your order. Pleasant dining ? experience, thanks Freddy's!

First time eating at a Freddy's It was good. My sandwich was messed up and the Manager had a new one made and left us keep the messed up one and gave us a voucher for another free meal. Then in the app we had a free custard and it was giving me problems and he went ahead and honored it without a blink of an eye. Very very polite and great customer service. Would definitely visit again! You don't see very many people like this Manager and it was nice to know there are still kind people out there. So thank you!! I hope ur company recognizes you for being g so awesome!!!!

Went through drive through and our kids switched up their order but Xander handled it like a pro! He was pleasant and had a sweet positive attitude! He should be commended for his awesome professionalism and excellent customer service skills. We will definitely be back to this location anytime we are craving burgers and shakes. Kudos to Xander!

I usually never write reviews but my biggest pet peeve is people who act pissed off that they have to do their JOB.My fiancée’s exact words were “one second please” and when we started ordering whoever was taking our order cut us off in the middle of our sentence and said “it’s my turn to say hold on.” Needless to say we never ended up ordering.You can get an overpriced burger and ice cream somewhere else that at least values their costumer.

Ordered a turtle custard and they made a worms in dirt custard no where near the same thing at all. Absolutely awful and will be contacting cooperate. I hope a refund will be issued such a waste of time and it's not even close to the thing I ordered. Like have can you mix up a turtle ice cream with worms and dirt.Turtles has hot fudge, nuts, Carmel and a brownie.I just don't see how you could possibly mix that up.
I will never eat here nor deliver food from this restaurant. Your two employees at the counter at 12:55pm today did nothing but stand there and bad mouth the President of the United States. I am a retired Navy Engineer and I don’t like listening to employees in their 20’s go on about who the President is and what he is doing. Should be worried about a customers order instead. I dropped the order and left since your employees assume I work by the hour so they just huff and buff about doing their job!!!
