Love this place 10/10. Been for dinner a few times and always great food and service. Came for lunch and got the buffet and I'm so glad we did cause we tried several new delicious dishes. My favorite spot!

We were driving through Denver from Colorado Springs and were craving some Indian food. We had heard a lot about the place but it truly stood on its expectations! Great food and great atmosphere too! Amazing food, amazing buffet!

Authentic Indian (Andhra) Cuisine. You have to ask to tone down spice level for your taste buds but for me it was just right level and I didn’t request any adjustments. Their food is fresh, quality is great and it is like home made food. Would go back again..

The food is really good but the service is so delayed. They need to add more people to their team.

Alright Foodies, Buckle Up 🍽️🚗”

Hey hey hey, fellow food explorers! Welcome to all new episode with Vish – where I try food so you don’t have to waste your hard-earned money first.

Today, we’re talking about Godavari – yeah, THE Godavari, the holy grail for Telugu folks in Denver.

Now, let’s get straight to it. Part 1: the food.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Boom. Five stars. Drop the mic. 🎤

Quick backstory: a couple of months ago, I actually gave them a 1-star. Yup, I was ready to cancel them faster than a bad Netflix series. But hey, I believe in redemption arcs. I gave them another chance over the last two months – four or five orders later – and WOW, the chef must’ve leveled up like they just unlocked “South Indian Cooking – Master Mode.” The food has been 🔥🔥🔥 every. single. time. Easily the best South Indian food in Denver right now.

Last week, I even went big and ordered catering. Here’s what we got:
Masala pepper corn (yes please), Karampodi Gobi (chef’s kiss 👨‍🍳💋), Gongura Vankaya curry, veg kheema biryani, garlic naan, and sweet paan. And my guests? They all went full MasterChef judge mode — except instead of dramatic British critiques, it was all “Suuuuuuupeeerrrr food!” 🏆

Only bummer? The dessert — double ka meetha. Let’s just say… it was giving “double ka disappointment.” Not the end of the world, but come on guys, you’re THIS close to perfection.

Now… Part 2. The villain of our story. 🥁
The pickup order experience.

Look, I’ve had bad customer service before, but this one staff member has made me question if I’m on a hidden camera show. I mean, you call, politely ask for their name — just so you can keep track of the order — and she hits you with, “Why? Who’s asking?”

Uh… me? The guy who’s about to spend $$$ on your food?

And it gets better. Just yesterday, I was driving, couldn’t check the menu, so I asked what items they had. She goes, “Whatever’s on the menu.” Ma’am. Really. You could’ve just said, “I recommend XYZ” or given me something helpful. Instead, I felt like I was on a customer service speed-run challenge.

And it’s not just me — friends of mine had the exact same experience. So, dear management, if you’re listening: please fix this. Because if not, online orders are going to be the only way we can enjoy your amazing food — and that’s just sad.

Anyway, that’s it for today, folks. Amazing food, room for improvement on hospitality. You know me, I’ll keep it real, this ain’t a sponsored review. Until next time – stay hungry, stay curious, and stay tuned for the next Review Rewind with Vish! 🎥✨

We had lamb curry, onion vasa dosa, palak paneer, chicken tikka masala and it was all very flavorful, fresh, hot and delicious. Everyone especially loved the spinach sauce and the naan bread was light and chewy. Come here!
