The service is incredibly SLOW! One drank and a bubble waffle took over 20 mins! Insane! We are the only people here too. Why?
Overall happy with the milk tea (first time trying here). The boba pearls were perfectly cooked and plentiful in the drink. I’d say the only disappointing part was the lack of dairy free alternatives. When asked, I was told it was dairy free coffee mate which seemed to be used in excess as I associate coffee mate with small quantities. The staff member also told me there was creamer added after the coffee mate. Would like to have a full diary free option for milk as other places have - that would drive my business to this chain. Thank goodness for dairy pills!
You’re a boba shop. How do you take an order for a boba drink and then tell us you’re out of boba and it will be 20 minutes.
Do not recommend this shop.
Sage made my boba and it was perfect! She was so friendly and I definitely will be coming back
Such a fun spot! Drinks were amazing and staff was so nice!
Favorite boba spot in Denver, drinks are always on point and the bubble waffles remind me of Hong Kong.
I had an amazing milk green tea today at this location! And the staff was super friendly! Would highly recommend giving it a try.
Nice place, locally owned business and great customer service! Business owner came to talk to us making sure everything is great, waitresses offered us fresh lemonade in a hot day! I loved their perfect not too sweet lemonade, Nutella crepes made to my liking, and nice patio seating! They added great flowers on the patio making it great sitting outsides. Their Lavender Matcha is perfectly smooth ! It is definite my Favorite hangout!
Great selection, fun menu. Little pricey but a fun treat for yourself or family.
The passion fruit green tee with lychee jelly was delicious and the staff made my drink very fast! I’ll definitely be back and will have to try the bubble waffles!

Great boba spot!! The service was super fast and the drinks were delicious!
Tea is amazing!
We came here with some friends a few days ago, and when we got there we ordered separately and the lady working there took one order, started making the full order and wouldn't take the other orders while making the drinks. Just getting to order took like 20min. When we finally ordered, she took our order and asked the customer after us(I'm guessing the worker's friend) what they wanted after telling us a few minutes ago that it wasn't possible to take an order while making the drinks. Overall, we found the service to be very unpleasant and felt highly disrespected by our experience. We're not coming back.
Didn’t realize there was a closer one to me than the one off Arapahoe which could be bad for my wallet haha. My go to is the milk tea with the puff cream and Oreo and the one here was perfect! I also got boba and the texture was great, and also went the half sugar route and my drink was tailored perfectly. The young lady that helped me was very nice and welcoming. Definitely see myself coming back for more!
What an adorable little tea shop! I am so impressed by the quality of the tea, the brown sugar with boba and the original bubble waffle. I had a craving only a hot waffle could satisfy after a long shift and a cold snowy night, and it was perfect.
The bubble waffle texture and flavor is the best I have run across. The flavor in the Original bubble waffle has a delightful light vanilla bean taste. There is a nice crunchy hard shell on the outside and a warm soft fluffy inside. The bubbles are so fun to push in with your fingers too! Very satisfying in both flavor and in texture.
The whipped cream is freshly whipped in house, and it has perfect stiff peaks. The perfect compliment to the waffle.
The brown sugar boba tea is bold and robust in flavor. I really love especially that the tea itself is now overly sweetened or has too much milk that dilutes the tea flavor. And the best part is, they don't over ice. A lot of tea shops will fill the entire cup with ice and cheap out the customers. It's a well mixed balance. Bravo!
