I came here for a simple scoop of ice cream, and ended up sampling several flavors. Jalapeño dark chocolate, corn, and pistachio were surprisingly good!
I got the raspberry dark chocolate and ferrero rocher gelato. Husband got the maple bacon ice cream. Fantastic!

The ice cream was good and I like that they use organic milk and sugar in their ice cream. However the cost is insane. $12 for a sundae that had one scoop of ice cream, a few banana, whipped cream and 2 churros. It was such a small portion. It should have been half the price or double the size. The churros were not good at all either. The were tough, dense and flavorless. I definitely would not go back.

Ice cream is good and very friendly staff. They have about 12 vegan options mostly made with coconut milk and about 24 dairy gelato and sorbets. There was one with oat milk. Plenty of seating and is clean.

Heaven Creamery is one of, if not the highest quality ice cream I know of. They always have really unique flavors that are actually good and not just weird, so I never get bored. Diana who works there is super kind and personable, and accommodating to our sampling needs! Also, as someone who has a somewhat severe tree nut allergy, I greatly appreciate that they sanitize their scoops every time they go for a new flavor, so I feel much more comfortable going there opposed to places that do a quick rinse. Overall one of my all time favorite ice cream/gelato places. Not to mention they have just as big a selection of non-dairy options as ice cream and gelato for my dairy-free friends.

We’ve been coming here for years. Over the past several months the quality of ice cream has gone down and the customer service has become atrocious. It’s always the same two people working there, along with the lady who’s been there a long time. We walked by after our movie last night and not a soul was in there. We started to go in but saw the usual suspects working and turned around and went somewhere else. The higher prices aren’t helping either.

First time at Heaven, I have to say, what an AMAZING experience! They have countless flavors, some extremely unique. Your choice of gelato, ice cream, or sorbet. They even have unique waffle cone flavors. We came specifically for their strawberries and chocolate, we ended up not only ordering the strawberries but also some taro sorbet in a coconut waffle cone and my husband ordered a scoop of coffee ice cream with a scoop of cookies n’ cream in a blueberry waffle cone. The blueberry cone tasted just like a blueberry scone. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be around. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

The new menu and pricing are outrageous. I usually order a milkshake, but under the new setup a so-called medium came in a six-ounce cup with a single scoop of ice cream for $13. That’s not just expensive, it’s insulting. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this feels like a cash grab. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
