My wife had a really good experience here. She ordered a sandwich that should've had meat on it, but ordered it without meat. The staff member came out to check she wanted it without meat, but then was kind enough to put in the side for me. She said they were very friendly. The sandwich tasted good, good portion sizes, was fresh and clean looking when I opened it. The chili cheese fries were on point. We'll be back.

I ordered a salad. I saw the kitchen open, so I saw the knife wiped on the apron and cut the food. That was the tomato cut for my salad. In the early days of the opening, I went again because the vegetables were fresh and nice, but this time I was so disappointed.

The food speaks for itself, it's amazing, fresh and hot. The service is a mess! With the amount of people you have on staff there should be absolutely no extended waiting for sandwichs to come out. I waited almost 30min for my sandwich today and there was a line out the door. Having sandwich makers run food is inefficient and slows service down a lot. You need 1 expo to funnel and organize food out and keep chefs in the kitchen. Have 1 floating to helped expo online and tables/ busing. The shift lead needs to organize the kitchen better, otherwise the food is absolutely fantastic!

Twice now I've come for lunch, twice it's taken so long my lunch is over before I even get my food, they seem to mess up orders often (both orders were wrong, the first time it was an entirely incorrect sandwich). If you have time to wait might be a good place but it takes too long for a basic sandwich .

The Italian Beef has great flavor but the but the bread is wrong! It should be on a baguette so the outside s crusty and the inside has chew. Fix this and 5 stars

Paid $20 for a raw chicken sandwich and ate some before I realized. Completely raw. The cook said it was supposed to be precooked, which I get is not their fault, but they need to fix their suppliers.

Went in this morning and they were slammed with large orders ahead of us. Took a really long time for our food (20ish minutes past our quoted time for a pickup order) but I mean there was one lady picking up like 50 sandwiches so they were clearly busy.
Sandwich was phenomenal. Great new addition to Southglenn.
Although we didn't eat inside there was plenty of seating indoors and out with and it all looked nice.

Ordered the Ruben once and was absolutely delicious…. Ordered it again about an hour ago and the sandwich was inedible because I asked for no sauerkraut. Sandwich was covered in it. Very disappointed
