My company used Hosted Solutions for several years with no issues until it came time to cancel our services. Patrick and I discussed cancelling over the phone, but were billed for two more months after cancelling. When we requested a refund for those two months, we were given the run around for several months before essentially being told no because there was no email documentation of exactly when we cancelled. There is no loyalty with this company and I do not recommend.

We are a telephone centric service business and Hosted Solutions has been incredible partner helping us improve our service even though we had to decentralize for the Covid. We never thought we could answer the phone and seamlessly handoff calls remotely but Hosted Solutions helped us do it. This is not a faceless VOIP marketing machine like the other guys.
