One thing that drives me crazy is inconsistency I come to the same location to get bowls and there’s always different portions and it’s unacceptable so I will not be coming back to this location. Buyers please beware.

I absolutely love jamba juice acai.
Buuut tonight we came at 6:48
I wanted a few minutes in the drive thru kept hearing the speaker but no one was actually speaking. So I finally went around to inside and the kid said he turned his juice machine off already. 😳 ummmm sir!! I had time to make it. Another customer went in as I'm writing this and came right back out.
My thing is I made it in time for a smoothie not late where I'd keep the employee behind. And if the juice machine was off early just say that in the speaker so didn't have to go in, I guess.. thanks!

They are always out of fresh juice and the excuse is truck has not come. It happens all the time. If you are claiming to provide fresh juice, then make sure that you have it available. Otherwise just take it out of your menu.

This place is actually the worst. Imagine having the wrong hours and just closing whenever you feel like it. Not to mention it seems like every time I do go they can’t seem to make bowls. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place shut down because in all honestly what do they actually make? I swear they just pay their employees to stand there like NPCs.
