This place is actually the worst. Imagine having the wrong hours and just closing whenever you feel like it. Not to mention it seems like every time I do go they can’t seem to make bowls. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place shut down because in all honestly what do they actually make? I swear they just pay their employees to stand there like NPCs.

My Acai bowl was made incorrectly and Tall blonde woman wasn't phased nor did she try and fix it. Overflowing however, gave extra napkins. Weekday staff is better!

Great customer service! I'm not usually on this side of town and had no idea this location was over there. Fresh and airy when I walked in, answered all my annoying questions, and the person who took my order was kind enough to ask me what kind of work-outs I did at the gym that day. I had just left the gym and it was nice that he was interested. Great conversation. I'm satisfied.

Went in to get a quick smoothie and use their restroom in which neither toilets flushed and their toilet paper was dirty, like it had been wet before. They also do not have a changing table. We ordered when we came in so it had already been about 5 min or so, but then 15 minutes later someone finally acknowledged that we were waiting and asked what we were waiting on, and we said everything. We got a cup of water that sat on the counter for a while before my husband went up there and asked if that was ours. All of the employees were just chit chatting and gossiping to each other and there was no one else in the lobby or drive thru. They just didn't make our smoothies. And when we said we were still waiting on everything the employees all side eyed each other. Not sure which of the employees was a manager, but no one acted like it. They do however know how to read the recipes so the smoothies taste good.

First time ordering in at a Jamba location and I must say the staff were really kind and enthusiastic about their menu. I ordered the impossible sandwich, a large Mango-a-go-go, and large Caribbean passion. Best smoothies I’ve had in a long time. A few days later I stopped in for National Smoothie Day and ordered the Strawberries Wild Smoothie, delicious! There is something delicious for everyone on their menu.

I received terrible customer service from Natalie the manager. I order 15 smoothies 1.5 hours before I was to pick them up and she told that next time I need to us ezCater and plan ahead. That I can’t do a big order like that day of because is inconvenienced her. She told me she didn’t need my business and walked away. I have told my friends and business associates to not go to this location. Natalie should not be a manager!!!

Drive through wait time was terrible at close to 15 minutes. The person taking the order was quick and rude when having any additions to the smoothies. Processing payment wasn’t nice either as the woman didn’t ask for rewards to scan and proceeded to give an attitude and try to just hand me a receipt when I was insistent on having rewards. No explanation on anything. Someone else handed my drink out and it was completely melted and runny. Not worth $9. I won’t be coming back, and definitely won’t be recommending.
