Came in there late last night they had about 25 minutes to closing person who was making the sandwiches was very sad very upset because he wanted to go home and he was tired did not want to make change for $100 bill but we told him we are going to spend a lot wind out spending $8o told us that we couldn't eat inside because we had 11 minutes to closing so we went outside to eat I work three jobs and was hungry took my family to eat the guy there was angry and tired Long story short we got ready to leave packed up our mess he was throwing out the trash I asked him if I could put my trash in the can he turned away not at his head and just walked away didn't answer me at all I am 55-year-old I don't deserve to be treated like that so I came up to him and asked him what was the problem he told me that we shouldn't come to eat at those hours and he told me he was calling the cops on me because I left the mess on the table and he told me I was supposed to take it all the way to the trash bend so I will talk to the manager today I will never eat there again was treated poorly and no respect for their customers

I've loved this location for months, mainly because they always have sweet tea and usually get orders right. Lately, though, I've noticed a decline in quality, the sandwiches seem sloppy and customer service has taken a hit. I get that working in food service can be tough, but taking frustrations out on customers isn't the solution. Maybe look into ways to improve for the future? Also, don't assume people who don't leave online tips are cheap, some might just prefer to tip in cash. And, by the way, hard bread is pretty noticeable, so maybe double check before serving.

Decent sub nothing fancy or that good. A step up from subway. Quality has gone down over the last few years after their corporate buyout. Get it Mike’s way otherwise you’re gonna be wishing you had some more flavor in your sandwich.

This location never fails to accommodate whatever I ask. I know most people will only post negative reviews instead of speaking to a manager. So I’m leaving this review to highlight this location. Order here once a week or every two weeks and they don’t fail. So thank you!

Just picked up the large Club sub.
The bread was rock hard. The sandwich was doused with oil and overloaded with salt. Inside was dark and the employees seemed more than depressed.

Nothing beats a good Jersey Mike's. Love the sandwiches. This crew could use a dose of customer appreciation, but I didn't stay long enough for it to make a difference.

Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon. Service was exceptional and quick. I believe the manager was helping us, didn't his name, but he was very friendly, helpful, and clearly cares how his store is run which is greatly appreciated!

Put in an order at 8:00 with Uber eats. They acted like they were making it and my delivery driver even showed up there but they clearly had never made it. They ended up cancelling the order shortly after. No communication whatsoever from the restaurant, they just ghosted my order. If you're going to accept orders from delivery services, you should at least make the effort to explain to customers when something goes wrong.

I recently visited Jersey Mikes and ordered a Chicken Philly. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as the chicken was noticeably undercooked. I noticed the sandwich began to get colder and towards the end, I opened it and knew immediately why.

The staff working the reguster was was polite, but this oversight in food preparation is concerning and needs to be addressed to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. I hope they improve their quality control measures soon.
