This is THE BEST Cajun food I have EVER had. I’ve been all over the world and this seafood, hands down, blows it out of the water. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful afternoon at Max Taps where Jessie’s Smokin’ Nola was in-house. Loved the Shrimp Platter. It came out right away and was freshly made. It really hit the spot.Looking forward to trying the other platters, the people at the next table had the Taste of Nola platter and it looked so good.

Shrimp po boy was mediocre. I had to pay an extra $5 because they were out of the sausage that I really wanted. Bummer. Gumbalaya was good though. They don't have seats, so you eat in the bar next door or take it to go.

Too be honest I am from the gulf coast, and was really excited to try some home style food , but to my surprise very disappointing. The gumbo was bland as far as what I know as Cajun food . The fries overly seasoned and the shrimp poboy was good with the bread but would have been very salty solo. Poboys a bit smaller than back home as well. I am not saying I have high standards but when it comes to this type of food I would not say it lived up to expectations.

Amazing jambalaya and gumbo! Made me think I was back in New Orleans. We can't wait for our next visit! Take the food next door to the tap house for the full experience.

The cup of gumbo I had was an absolute stand out, you just can’t really get that here in many places and I really enjoyed it. My catfish were okay, they were fried well, but I’m glad that there were several pieces of them because they were kind of small, so it did balance out. My guy wanted to get this sausage dish, but if they are busy, they might tell you that you can’t order it like they did to us. Only reason I bring it up is because he ended up getting jambalaya and that had sausage in it, so we were wondering why the other dish couldn’t be ordered. No major issues though and the prices felt fair.Parking: The business is up on the hill, so you turn at the nearest traffic light and go up until you get to that shopping center.

Having been born and raised in Louisiana for the last 47yrs I got excited seeing this place. Talk about disappointing. Got the fried shrimp poboy, the shrimp were nothing more than tiny popcorn shrimp that were overcooked and bland (nothing like what you'd get in NOLA or anywhere in Louisiana). We didn't receive our fries until after we were done with our poboys, and they were just frozen fries, definitely not worth the cost. I guess if you're from Colorado and haven't been to Louisiana you know no better but me being 100% Louisiana this is not anything NOLA!!

I'm a native of New Orleans myself, and eating the seafood platter here brought me back home. The catfish was cut well and the fish and shrimp were seasoned and breaded perfectly. If you want a great taste of Cajun country in Colorado, look no further.

Thrilled their location is on my side of town and they've paired up with a great taproom so I can still get a beer with their food like back in their food truck days. Everything on the menu is fantastic but my usual order is the catfish po'boy with red beans rice. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Delicious Poboy, warm and comforting gumbo, but not too spicy, and fried fish is fried to perfection. Got to meet the chef absolutely love the passion and the creativity he puts into his food. The flavors are there. It’s a black business owner myself when you support other blacks, business owners in Colorado . Incrediblefood!-This restaurant is connected to the Colorado craft brewery building. Let’s show some love to the Chef has amazing talent.

I had such high hopes for this place being that I'm creole. They did not disappoint! It started off pretty rocky because I couldn't place an online order. Once that didn't work, I tried calling. No Answer! I was going to give up until the owner actually called me back. That restored my faith in this restaurant as good customer service is ESSENTIAL! Especially for "US"! I drove to the restaurant, was greeted by Buddy, who is delightful and placed my order. Within 20 mins my food was delivered to me piping hot and DELICIOUS! I can't wait to try more items off the menu. The Seafood Platter is 10/10 recommended!

I ordered a delicious sampler plate with fried catfish and shrimp, rice and beans and “gumbolaya.” Jesse served me my plate with great pride and checked on me later to make sure I liked it. I enjoyed everything and I liked the remoulade and cocktail sauces. I wish there was crawfish etouffé and blackened catfish on the menu. There were lots of poboy options. Prices were reasonable. Happy hour looks like a great deal. I will definitely return. Oysters and sandwiches looked great. I wish I could’ve ordered a drink at Max Taps but I was driving.

I've been here twice now for lunch. The food is so good and full of flavor. Today I had the Cajun Manning po boy. It was seriously the best po boy I've ever had. I just started working in the area, but I'm for sure this place will be a regular on my list of places to eat!

If you read my other reviews, you'll see that almost all are from S.E. Texas, specifically Orange TX, so I KNOW authentic Cajon (if your from there you know a more enduring term) In Centennial, the bottom line is this IS the real deal! If you want Red Beans and Rice with Sausage, this is the place, no Tony S. Required. Great flavor, well proportioned and just the heat was spot on. I didn't see fried gator on the menu, but none-the-less, I will be back. Did I mention the service Service was great?
