My DoorDash driver showed up 10 minutes before closing and they told him they stop making food. I ordered it 15-20 minutes before closing! Seriously?!?! DoorDash driver was great, even waited for me to call the store (before 10) to find out why they wouldn’t make my food and the employee said we already broke everything down for the night. Great customer service!

I order jimmy John’s quite a bit as well as my teens do. This location has now messed up my order 3 times and each time seem to have no care to fix it or at the point just refund my money for me to go elsewhere. The staff is rude and very careless

I order Jimmy John’s several times a week for work, and I had a terrible experience here. The staff was as rude, they were late having my order ready, I sat in the lobby for over 15 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready and they gave me no updates other than “we are working on it” and that they are “too busy” to help me. I’m very disappointed in this location. The gentleman with the black out sleeve tattoo was especially rude to me.

45 minutes until I called to inquire about my order. She said, “we’re busy and we only have one driver”.
We can’t seem to get timely delivery.
Why wouldn’t you let customers know that your program is broken so they can go somewhere else?
1 hour now and still no food. Ridiculous.

Swung by for lunch at 11am while I was down here for a job. Happy employees greeted me as soon as I walked in. They politely took my order and made an awesome beach club light mayo add onions and extra crispy jalapeños. I ate inside and enjoyed my time before returning to work. I'll be back next time I'm down this way again.

This place is a joke. Placed an order that never got delivered. They claimed they never received the order. Waited 45 mins to never get anything.

I placed an online order and after 45 minutes of waiting i finally called. They said the sandwich was still at the store and the delivery driver was backed up. I waiting 15 more minutes and called again. Manager promised to refund my card. I never received a refund. I called store was told a manager would call back. Never did, i called again manager promised me $20 credit to store if I provide phone number when I come in. I went in tried my phone number...nothing. I ordered a sandwich anyways because I'm hungry, super stale bread. Never going to this location again.

Wish these guys would change their hours online so I don’t show up and get met with employees telling me they aren’t serving food anymore. Won’t be going back to this location ever again. They should close it down and put something else here.

This was my favorite location but I just waited an hour for 2 subs and I live 5 min away. I called after 30 min because it still wasn’t out for delivery and she said it was busy. It was almost 2pm when I ordered.

Ordered online, they got 2 out 3 sandwiches completely wrong and proceeded to argue with me about it. Said "the order looked right" on their end, wouldn't even look at the receipt that showed that what they gave me wasn't what I ordered. Will never go back.
