Awful, there was three people working barely any customers and didn’t seem to notice my online order when i came to pick it up. took forever to make it i only ordered 3 REGULAR sandwiches. They proceeded to not put anything i ordered on any of the sandwiches and the meat they used was dry and stale.

Ok guys! Class is in session! I ordered a Beach Club, not to be confused with the Lulu! The lulu has turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. The beach club is close, turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, provolone (2 slices) with the avocado in between. I know you have to memorize the menu to work there ( or at least we did when I was there). Also your slogan is NOT freaky slow! Just saying. I do appreciate the lettuce no longer being brown so I did delete my last review and give an extra star. P.S. no dry bites. 😊

Haven't been to a Jimmy John's in almost a decade and came here to reminisce. Unfortunately I probably won't be coming back, the add ons I paid extra were such a small quantity. Literally paid $1.20 for 1 tablespoon of avocado. Could barely see it in my sandwhich, let alone taste it. The food workers didn't care to add more when I could barely see it. Waste of money and time.
Update: continued to eat my sandwhich and literally pulled a huge hair right out of the sandwhich. Realized this place does not use hairnets. Beware!

No other customers when I went in, wasn't greeted, ordered Tuscan wrap was told I couldn't substitute the parm cheese in wrap for different cheese, she said there wasn't a button for it so I got charged 1.50 just for different cheese, the wrap was missing tomato oil and vinegar.
Took 8 minutes to make a small wrap with no one else in the place. So 14.29 for a poorly done wrong wrap is a joke.

Walked in asked where to order the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE ! He finished what he was doing then came over to the counter to take my order pissed off and angry to have to serve someone’s assuming . Then as I started to order “ a toasted combo” he raised his voice to me and said “ a WHO”!?? I brushed his rudeness off and continued he then said “LARGE IR MEDIUM FOR YOUR DRINK “ I said medium . Then he yelled and tapped the cups line I was stupid or something. Told him I’m good you’re extremely rude and I left from what I can tell. This guy doesn’t wanna work today and so he doesn’t wanna have an interactions with actual people. He needs to just find another job. That was the rudest interaction. I ever had any Jimmy John’s in my entire life.

Went today to a smoky hill location, 32 dollars for a sandwich and small bag of chips is criminal, what's going on? No wonder the place is empty and cold. The amount of meat is not enough for my cat. Unbelievable! Way too expensive! 🥶🥶 wish they had stars for cost, I would give a big zero!!!

Good food and nice workers but their accuracy is terrible. I have now ordered the kick'n wrap with BREAD substituted 3 times in a row and every single time I get the wrap. Please listen to/read customizations!!!

Prices have got ridiculous for food that is mid. I can go to Chili's or TX Roadhouse and spend less for my family of 4. Sometimes they over toast/burn the bread. Inconsistent and overpriced for a sub sandwich.

I stopped by Jimmy John's today just before the lunch rush to grab a variety of 10 sandwiches, along with chips, cookies, and brownies for an office lunch meeting. The staff was quick, friendly, and had everything packed up and ready to go in no time. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious—everyone at the office really enjoyed them. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back for future group lunches!

I've had a hard time with this location, the delivery took an hour, and in the past my order was wrong when it arrived which is unfortunate given how long it took. There's a delivery fee of $5 and on top of that I want to tip, but when it takes that long it's frustrating and wish I had just gotten in the car and picked it up myself.
