Good food and nice workers but their accuracy is terrible. I have now ordered the kick'n wrap with BREAD substituted 3 times in a row and every single time I get the wrap. Please listen to/read customizations!!!

Prices have got ridiculous for food that is mid. I can go to Chili's or TX Roadhouse and spend less for my family of 4. Sometimes they over toast/burn the bread. Inconsistent and overpriced for a sub sandwich.

I stopped by Jimmy John's today just before the lunch rush to grab a variety of 10 sandwiches, along with chips, cookies, and brownies for an office lunch meeting. The staff was quick, friendly, and had everything packed up and ready to go in no time. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious—everyone at the office really enjoyed them. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back for future group lunches!

I've had a hard time with this location, the delivery took an hour, and in the past my order was wrong when it arrived which is unfortunate given how long it took. There's a delivery fee of $5 and on top of that I want to tip, but when it takes that long it's frustrating and wish I had just gotten in the car and picked it up myself.

Serious takes an hour and a half to have a sandwich delivered? I ordered for delievery because I work 2 jobs and don't always have time drive to get food. What a joke. 2nd time in 3 orders its taken over an hour to have food delivered. Freak fast my foot

Good sandwiches quickly

Friendly customer service, but food sucks, when you order and pay for double meat and get home and find literally one thin slice. Too expensive for that. Never coming back.

2 hours for our delivery today blamed it lack of employees. That excuse is well over done try paying employees better!
Last few orders haven’t been correct and no action by the store when we complained on the app.
We will not be back to this store, should just close the doors from the looks of the reviews.

My DoorDash driver showed up 10 minutes before closing and they told him they stop making food. I ordered it 15-20 minutes before closing! Seriously?!?! DoorDash driver was great, even waited for me to call the store (before 10) to find out why they wouldn’t make my food and the employee said we already broke everything down for the night. Great customer service!

I order jimmy John’s quite a bit as well as my teens do. This location has now messed up my order 3 times and each time seem to have no care to fix it or at the point just refund my money for me to go elsewhere. The staff is rude and very careless

I order Jimmy John’s several times a week for work, and I had a terrible experience here. The staff was as rude, they were late having my order ready, I sat in the lobby for over 15 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready and they gave me no updates other than “we are working on it” and that they are “too busy” to help me. I’m very disappointed in this location. The gentleman with the black out sleeve tattoo was especially rude to me.

45 minutes until I called to inquire about my order. She said, “we’re busy and we only have one driver”.
We can’t seem to get timely delivery.
Why wouldn’t you let customers know that your program is broken so they can go somewhere else?
1 hour now and still no food. Ridiculous.

Swung by for lunch at 11am while I was down here for a job. Happy employees greeted me as soon as I walked in. They politely took my order and made an awesome beach club light mayo add onions and extra crispy jalapeños. I ate inside and enjoyed my time before returning to work. I'll be back next time I'm down this way again.
