Since this store got new owners. They don’t care. Burnt bread all the time!! Can’t even eat this crunch sandwich. They gave me a worse one after I called to ask for a swap out for one that’s not burnt. This is what I got the 2nd time………..I used to order 3 times a week. Now twice a month and both times same problem. Not to mention they are so slow. Definitely NOT freaky fast anymore. I’m over them.

It took 45 minutes to make a sandwich?? I understand they may be busy, but when I called because I need to figure out if I need to cancel and was told my order was already out for delivery (so I didn't cancel) only to find out it went out for delivery 30 minutes AFTER I called. Now it's too late to cancel or go get something else . Won't order from this location again. So much for lunch today. Took 56 minutes.

Do not order delivery from this store.Ordered a couple of weeks ago and called at 1 hour from ordering to ask where the order (2 sandwiches and pre packaged chips and a cookie). I was told they only had 1 driver and would be out soon. Delivered 30 minutes later.I thought I would give them another chance in case it was just a one off issue. Called at 45 minutes and my 2 sandwiches and 1 cookie was still at the store. I canceled this time because they couldn’t tell me how long it would take to be picked up by the driver.I will never order from this store again.And before you suggest it, no it is not my responsibility to reach out to your store owner and complain. Maybe they should look at these reviews and realize the store is being run very poorly.By the way, I am not a complainer - this is the second review I have left for anything in my life.UPDATE - strangely enough on the same day that the store issued my refund and I left this review, my credit card information was stolen and a slew of fraudulent charges were attempted, most of which were for restaurants- including one for $5K. Luckily my bank sent an alert and shut my card down and has reversed all of these charges. I am not saying they are related, but I also find the timing strange and I don’t believe in coincidences.

Down right trash! Can’t even get a simple plain slim right. Didn’t add cheese and can’t ever add mustard or mayo. My cat with thumbs can make a better sandwich than these

I always eat here . never once have i had such a dry piece of bread in my life. even tipped the driver an extra $4. extremely disappointed and ended up throwing it away because the bread was so hard .

Have never been disappointed in the food or the service. Recently had an order delivered and unfortunately one of our sandwiches was not what we ordered. I wouldn't have cared if the sandwich was one that I would have eaten. When I called they corrected the order and had it delivered in no time. Thank you Jimmy John's for always proving great service.

Never eating at a Jimmy John's again. Nearly $18 for a flat, barely filled piece of bread, small bag of chips, and a medium drink. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just walked out like I did to Chipotle for the same reason. The food isn't worth anywhere near what they're charging. If this wasn't Google, my review would not be this nice either. Forget these price gouging mega corporations. It's time they all go away.

So tipping at places like this is so annoying and out of control,.BUT get this...Jimmy Johns offers 4 options for tipping 10, 15, 20, 25 percent but no button for NO THANKS. You have lost my business forever I am over this B.S. STOP ASKING FOR TIPS IF YOU ARE NOT SERVING MY TABLE and on top of that no opt out button.

The staff all young men working looked miserable and one sat on his cell phone. They were not friendly tried engaging with them. Left stuff off my sandwich. Went back in to request what was missing and the kid with dark super curly hair was sweet and helpful. He deserves a raise. Really sad to see the apathetic spirit. Need training in customer service.

Always fast, consistent and great service. This is my go to location for a quick sandwich and never disappoints. Love the Vito and the hubs always gets the Bootlegger. One day I'll branch out and try a different sandwich but until then those are what we order. They have a great unwich option as well for the carb conscience. My neighbor always gets the minis so she can have 2 different tiny sandwiches instead of 1. Maybe I need to try that option so I can sample something other than the Vito

Came in and workers were cleaning, watched someone empty a dustpan in the trash and then touch the food with the same gloves, they forgot my kickin ranch sauces that i paid for and when I called back, the person that answered was being extremely condescending and rude when I asked to come back and get what I paid
