rude manager
they did not send the lunch that was ordered for my grandchilds lunch at school but sent all the teachers. The manager was a real jerk about it and could care less. Not suit to manage anything. wow customer service in this country has gone way down hill. wont ever go there again. be sticking with subway from now on they don't make mistakes. bad form manager of the Jimmy John's on university and dry creek. 11am manager
So pretty much every time I enter I just get a blank dumb look on the cash register workers face. How about a 'hi may I help you?' Typical young, don't give a crap workers with no direction from the typical don't give a crap manager!

Placed an order over an hour and a half ago. When I called they said it was delivered but there is nothing at my door, than said it was stolen which I point out I have a ring camera and could come and show them it wasn't delivered. Than they said to check my neighbors house. Manager hung up on me. Stay away from this location
