I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews

Total of 6 bacon Q’s ordered over the past two days and every one of them was made incorrectly. Most missing bacon!! And all were cold. So done with LTC

Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

The cook immediately greeted me with a good morning, asked me what he could get staryed for me. I got 2 tacos. Man sized portions y'all. 2 tacos and 2 hot sauces in the bag easily weighed over 2 pounds. The tacos were hot, fresh, and completed in the same amount of time it took me to prepare my cup of coffee. Staff was prompt, attentive, pleasurable, and CLEAN. This was around 6:30am, it's not exactly slow, he was slinging food out of that window and feeding customers just as fast as people were ordering them. The man needs a tip jar, I insisted on leaving a tip although no jar is present.

I don’t know how this place has so many poor reviews, I had a fantastic experience with this place. The gentleman behind the counter was very generous and conversational. We had a burrito a taco and a Quesadilla. Fresh tortillas are always a win. Everything was delicious. I will say that the queso was the only thing that looked oddly chunky but that was because it was made with real cheese and peppers. It was delicious and came with hot tortillas chips.

I am from Laredo where this place started and I can tell you this version is far from what the vision is for LTC. Today I just walked out. The service is non existent and these team members are horrible. I get there at 715AM and there is only two selections for tacos ready, it took the attendant 5 minutes just to acknowledge me and finally put a tortilla to cook. She then walks away to do who knows what...it really doesn't matter you have a client stay with them just basic. Then another worker comes out he starts an order for the person after me. I patiently wait for my tortilla to burn because no one is watching it. Then the second worker takes my tortilla off puts it to the side and continues to prepare the other clients order in essence skipping over me. This was just too much the food quality has declined since they switched all the workers but now the service is abysmal. LTC would be better off closing this location as all it does is tarnish thier brand.

Sharon makes it a delightful experience and the food is actually really good the food made me come back in and do the whole process for pictures all the way from the menu to the people inside here all you guys should stop in
I made an order today, and my order was bad and so was the service. The person working was extremely rude. It took her 10 minutes to come to the counter, after ringing the bell several times, even though she saw me and my daughter standing there. This at 2:08 pm. I ordered a shrimp taco, the shrimp was rubbery, the rice was undercooked and extremely hard. I asked to mix the shrimp and she charged me $4 more for the 3 she added. She had a horrible attitude (Im guessing because of the bell), and my food was not good. Please help! Oh! I didn’t get a receipt because she said the printer wasn’t working. I’ve tried to reach out about this, but the website doesn’t even work.

Went to buy a breakfast burrito and asked for bacon and chicken. They said it would be an additional fee. But when I was about to pay the additional charge was more than half of the burrito! I will never buy food from them!
